The Khustai National Park is well known as a home to wild Przewalski’s wild horses; it is not the only attraction of the Park. Because the Park occupies such a full territory, there is ample opportunity for various outdoor activities such as takhi and bird watching, hiking, horse or camel riding, photo shooting and visiting ancient artefacts there. After our next destination is Kharakhorum city, which once served as the capital of the Mongolian Empire and an essential station of the Silk Road; and thus has much more to share than its current physical appearance. Next stop will be Elsen Tasarkhai, a marvellous oasis with dunes, vegetations, Lake and birds, Orkhon valley and waterfall.

Erdene Zuu Monastery
The Kharakhorum was established in 1220 and was the capital city of the Great Mongolian Empire. Chinggis Khaan and his descendant Khaan Ugudei, Guyug, and Munkh lived here ruling the empire. Soldiers of the Chinese Ming Dynasty destroyed the town in the 14th Century. The ruins of Karakorum have been protected since 1961 and was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. Once we reach there, we will visit the “Erdenezuu” monastery to discover tombs, a temple, and a real Buddhist temple. After that, we will visit the Wall of the Mongolian Empire to learn information. • Activities: Hiking, visiting a natural wonder, photo shooting, discover surroundings
Day 2. Ulaan tsutgalan waterfall

Orkhon Waterfall
We will drive to the Ulaan Tsutgalan Waterfall; it is on the Ulaan River flows through volcanic basalt rocks formed by a unique combination of volcanic eruptions and earthquakes around twenty thousand years ago. The Waterfall cascades from an impressive height over 20 meters with a width around 10 meters and extends for 100 meters of the Orkhon River. • Activities: Hiking, visiting a natural wonder, photo shooting, discover surroundings
Day 3. Khugnu Khaan Natural Reserve

We will drive to the mountain “Khogno Khan” Nature Reserve. Once you reach the mountain, you will arrive at a nomadic family yurt in front of this beautiful forested rocky mountains. A mountain is a place of hundreds of birds, deer and gazelle. After we will go hiking around the area or to the small dunes nearby called “Elsen Tasarkhai”. • Activities: Hiking, photo shooting, Horse riding
Day 4. Khustai National Park and Ulaanbaatar city

Khustain Nuruu National Park
We will see Takhi, the Asian wild horse. If you have a chance, see the wolf, argali sheep and deer. Enjoy little hiking and photographing the beautiful l, landscape and wildlife. Finally, we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar.

5.00An amazing tour! Our guide, Amy, was so fun and made our tour so enjoyable. She quickly gained an understanding of what we’d enjoy and facilitated a fantastic 5-day/4-night experience for us. She was highly knowledgeable about all of our destinations, exceptional English and translation skills ensuring we had no issues and went above and beyond to assist us where needed. Our driver, Ganaa, was an expert and navigated all terrain and traffic with ease. He and Amy worked amazing together. Thank you to Enza Tours for a fantastic itinerary. As we travelled outside the peak season, many of the usual accomodation options were ruled out. The 4 places we stayed were all accomodating and warmly welcomed us, served fantastic food and took great care. We had a special experience often being the only tourists in some popular destinations, which was really cool! I strongly recommend Enza Tours to facilitate your visit to Mongolia.

5.00I organised a 4 day tour of Central Mongolia for myself and my 20 year old son with Enza who was amazing. She was very helpful, quick to respond and we felt we were in good hands from the beginning. The trip was well paced, the activities excellent (horse riding around the mountain a particular highlight!), the accomodation was good and the food tasty. Our driver, Miyegombo, was very considerate who took great care of the vehicle, drove responsibly and was very obliging when we needed coffee / bathroom breaks! Batbaatar was very knowledgeable about history, translated famous Mongolian songs and poems for us and shared Mongolian customs with us. It was a pleasure travelling with the two of them and we were able to include quiet / down time as well which was appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Mongolia and would love to come back (and bring more of the family!). I would thoroughly recommend Enza Tours!

From start to finish, Moon showed incredible patience, kindness, and dedication to ensuring our comfort and care. He not only guided us through Mongolia’s breathtaking landscapes and cultural treasures but also made sure every detail of our journey was smooth and stress-free. His calm presence, clear explanations, and genuine hospitality gave us confidence throughout the trip, and we always felt well taken care of. Traveling in Mongolia is an adventure, and having a guide like Moon made all the difference — we could simply enjoy the beauty around us, knowing we were in excellent hands. 5.00Took my 17 year old son and daughter, was a great experience. Highly recommend. Mongolia is beautiful and I didn't want to leave. Food was delicious. Alot of time on the road driving, as Mongolia is vast, but worth it.

5.00Absolutely fantastic tour in Mongolia this winter. Amazing scenery and fascinating history, but also very cold. Would recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience Mongolia in less than a week. It offered a bit of everything and the guides were so knowledgeable/super helpful. Organisation and booking was done via email before arrival and made so easy. Would certainly use again when I return!
Once in a lifetime trip. Amazingly planned in just 3 days prior for me.

5.00Amazing trip. Amazing country. I’m so glad I chose this company. Enza tailor made the tour to fit my needs 3days before I arrived. The tour guide and driver were waiting for me at the airport and everything was prepared. I loved every minute of it. The sights are nothing like I’ve ever seen, the families we met were extremely welcoming and my guide was so passionate about Mongolian history. He even guided me where to get a tattoo at the end of the tour and stayed with me throughout. I couldn’t have found a better guide. Thanks Naira :)

5.00What an authentic tour through Mongolia it has been! We travelled by four wheel drive from UlaanBaatar throughout the vast countryside of Central Mongolia. On road and off road. Off road is completely off road in this case! We stayed at yurts at several nomadic families and could take part at their daily life, milking yaks and helping making cheese out of the milk. Tourguide Erden en driver Ogi made were very experienced and knowledgable. Another highlight of the trip was the Erdenazuu Monastry with the chanting monks and the many museum worthy parts of metal tools and pottery sherds,which we found on the fields of where Kharakorim was once located... The last day at the Przewalski horses was impressive, as I have been working closely with people involved in this project in the 90ties, and it was lovely to see how the project became such a succes, after initial struggles (wolf attacks in the initial years when the heards were hardly big enough to fight them off) End of September was on the brink of winter, occasionally cold at night in spite of the cosy ofen in the gers, maybe 2-3 weeks earlier is better time to travel. Tour might be hard for vegetarians let alone vegans.... food contains a lot of meat and milk products...

5.00Wonderful experience in Mongolia!! My husband and I had a great time for 4 days. This tour includes everything so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Just we enjoyed the tour so much. Especially we could meet many baby animals like goats, sheep, dogs and cows… because this is breeding season. They were so cute..!!! The guide and driver are very friendly and helpful. They taught us many things about Mongolia. Thank you so much for the wonderful time in Mongolia for our first visit😊

5.00This excursion was breathtaking. Lots of driving to discover the real Mongolia. Perfectly tested circuit. Very nice driver and guide. The entire program was relevant and interesting. The nights in a yurt lived up to our imagination. Especially when the internet disappears and we have nothing to do but enjoy the scenery.
