I learned so much about the city and it was an exceptional tour because. Jolynn shared her own personal experience as a local Singaporean. This was one of the best tours I’ve ever taken, and I highly recommended both for visitors and locals.

5.00Our trip was very enjoyable. The guide, Jolynn (not Roberto), managed to give us a smooth itinerary. Whenever we felt a little tired, we would got at a resting point just in time, and we could drink iced water in the shade while listening to Jolynn's introduction of the surrounding area. Her explanations were clear and vivid, showcasing the hard lives of early Chinese, Indian and Malay immigrants. What touched me most was the moment when she led us past the shophouse where her expanded family of three generations used to rent a room within, now it is a bustling tourist area. This kind of firsthand experience is something that outsiders can never provide. My friends and I both felt that the two-hour guided tour was truly worthwhile.

5.00Rayman was a very good local guide. Lots of history was learned from this Walking Tour. Taking the public transit with a local guide was very beneficial for a first time visit to Singapore.

5.00Jolynn is an excellent guide - highly knowledgeable about Singapores history, professional and very accommodating. The pace for 4 hours was very well managed with washroom and water breaks as well as air conditioned stops along the way.
