  The food was poor and no vegetarian options were available. Long wait after the pickup before we got on the boat. A lot of Russians.

  The tour was well organized and the pick up and drop were a bonus. However, we were joined with a Russian traveller with a Russian tour guide; therefore, we felt left out because we did not get full information about the tour. We had a Thailand group leader who informed us about the schedule for the activities. His name is Pia and he was very helpful.

  The trip itself is amazing, lots to see and do. The only downside is that it is designed strictly for russian people. The guide spoke only russian, not a word in english and out of 38 russians on board not one spoke or wanted to speak to translate 2-3 words for us. We had no idea where we were going, for how long and what we can see/do there. There was one thai guy on board who was very nice and spoke some english but he had other things to do such as arrange things with locals in ports or at the hotel. He was very nice and tried his best to accomodate us but other than that … Anyway, I totally recommend the trip, it is well organized and the islands are amazing, especially if you are travelling as a group. We are a couple and had a great time anyway just between us two. The russians are very cold people, they didn’t speak to themselves, no wonder they ignored us completely. There was no joy on the boat, no conversation, only straight faces. Anyway, that has nothing to do with the trip itself.

  This is a tour for Russians, organised by Russians and any other nationalities should avoid. Booked this tour because it was supposed to be based in the North East of the island so near our resort. Turned out that it was South West and this meant the pickup we had to pay for was at 4.30am and not 6.45am as previously told. Driver turned up at 4.50am. An hour later after picking up Russian tourists we arrived at the meeting point. Told to sit and wait in some plastic chairs in the car park while we wait for more English speakers to arrive (tea/coffee & toast available while you wait) Bus after bus of more Russian guys/girls arrive and we're feeling like chaperones on a club 18-30 holiday. We were joined by 2 couples of 'english' people. 1 couple from Paris and the other from Denmark. We were kept together and distinctly separate from the Russian guys. No attempt to integrate us was made, quite the opposite in fact. We tried a couple of times to engage with some of the guys who could clearly speak English well but they really weren't interested. To the trip itself. Basically it's 2 half day trips joined with a night out on Phi Phi Island. If you have a life long desperate desire to stay on that island this is the trip for you. If not get the 2 day trips and save yourself a sleepless night in a VERY BASIC hotel. Not kidding, our room looked like a prison cell! First day was done by 2pm with rest was 'at leisure'. Next day was 6.35am check out then breakfast followed by 15 minutes walk along the bay to find our boat. Second day done by 3pm. The boat was in good repair and very fast. 45 people on our tour in 1 boat so be prepared to be up close and personal with strangers. The islands themselves can't be faulted. Stunningly beautiful and mostly unspoilt. This beauty was in no way enhanced by this tour operator. For a more authentic experience I would suggest a long tailed boat trip instead. Our English speaking guide 'Bass' did a good job trying to keep us informed and ahead of the masses but wasn't always easy. Best part of the trip was the fire show at the bar in Phi Phi. The Barmen also do the show and they are really exciting and worth staying up for.

• Amazing experience with Phuket top tours

  So it was a 2 day trip and we had a lot of fun there. These people were professionals and made sure that we enjoyed our entire trip. The guide was quite good and even helped us with the photographs. I will surely recommend everyone who plans for hiring a guide just give these guys a chance and it will be worth the money invested.

  We recomed this trip. It is unfogetable great planed trip with free time in Phi Phi island for a nigt. The crew of spead boat was exelent and pleasant. Our english guide was caring and helpful. Everything was well organized from start to finish.

  Fantastic. We were picked up from the hotel early morning on time but was confirmed the timing the day before. On arrival at the dock was a little sceptical as we appeared to be the only English speaking. However it was so well organised and although on a boat with majority Russian the tour guide Jason spoke excellent English and explained everything in both languages. The sites were amazing and well worth visiting. The hotel accommodation wasnt the best hotel but was clean and comfortable for the night stopover. The fire show was amazing and well worth going. All expenses were paid for except if you wanted to climb upto the viewpoint but as this was optional not too expensive was worth going. The following day the sites were well worth going to see. On the whole well worth the money. The only downside was that on arrival back to the port we were put on transport back to the hotel, it took over 2 hrs to get there. Although staying 15 minutes outside Phuket Town we travelled across Phuket and then down south before coming back up to our resort in Cape Panwa. Don't let this little thing put you off. Thank you Jason for being a lovely guide.

  The tour was very complete and the scheduled visits were fulfilled. However, despite choosing the tour in English, the rest of the travelers who accompanied us were Russian, as well as the guide, and the explanations he gave in Russian seemed very complete for the time he spent, compared to the 10 seconds of comments he gave us in poor English. We were quite lost throughout the tour, although the beauty of the landscape and the places we visited were worth it. Except for the limited attention offered by the guide, the tour is 100% recommended.

  If you want a storm of emotions and unforgettable impressions - this is what you need. Snorkling at the coral reefs, landing on the magnificent islands with snow-white sand and swimming in blue logs, an incendiary night disco and soul company. Our Guide - Tham, with high professionalism, he led our group all 2 days, a lot of different stories and tips. And for the morning trip to the observation deck of Phi Phi Don, he has only respect, such chic views are very rare to see 👍
