Great size groups, not over crowded, use of umbrellas due to sun & heat was a nice touch & our guide / driver was very knowledgeable. Very good trip, would highly recommend

We had a good time. Got some history lessons. Worth the $ for the ride. The guide was open to questions & did his best to answer them for us.

The boat ride itself was beautiful and a true pleasure, but the commentating was not. The attendant attempted to communicate in English but his translation wasn’t very clear and he the system wasn’t loud enough once we were on the water.

My tour guide mainly spoke in French and Dutch during the tour, so I didn't learn much about the history of Ghent. However, the sights he showed us were pretty beautiful. The only negative was that it was incredibly hot that day (88 degrees), and the sun was beating down onto the boat. I was a sweaty mess by the end of it. Forty minutes is a reasonable amount of time for this tour.

I booked the tour with an English speaking guide. Most of the guide was in French though and I couldn't understand much.
