Camara De Lobos
Câmara de Lobos, located on Madeira's south coast, was the first place inhabited by João Gonçalves Zarco, the navigator who discovered this 'pearl of the Atlantic'. The municipality stands out for its centuries-old fishing tradition.
Cabo Girao
One of Madeira top viewpoints, Cabo Girão skywalk, one of the highest sea cliffs in the World with 580m The Cabo Girão viewpoint offers a unique perspective over the cities of Câmara de Lobos and Funchal: an urban scenery framed by a natural amphitheatre facing south. In the background, it is possible to see Fajã do Rancho and Fajã do Cabo Girão, which stand out for the small areas of cultivated land at the foot of the cliffs.

5.00Did the north west and west of Madeira in Jeep, picked up and dropped off at hotel. Excellent guide ricardo who was very knowledgeable, chatty and friendly . Took his time explaining the island and history . Would definitely recommend this tour

5.00Fantastic experience! Our guide, Marie was a total hoot! Very informative on the vegetation that grows throughout Madeira, as well as all the fruits and vegetables that grow throughout the land. We loved that she encouraged everyone to shift seats throguhout the day, so you could get different views from the jeep and also not be stuck in the back the whole time. Really appreciated how Marie asked at the start of the day if anyone had any early dinner reso's to be back for, since no one did, she encouraged everyone to take their time at each stop. Nice small group, only 5 people plus our guide! The off road expereince up to Fanal Forest was really fun and amazing to see parts of the island you wouldn't get to from a regular car. Even though it was cooler in Porto Moniz, we were still able to swim in the pools in April! You can rent lockers there and 15 mins was lots of time to experience the natural pools. Very good value! Would highly recommend this tour!

5.00Marie was great! The weather kept swinging between blue skies and drizzle, but it didn't stop us. She brought us to some off-the-beaten-path locations and filled us in on the backstories of everything we did and saw. The areas on this tour are so different from the Funchal area - I highly recommend this tour.

Ricardo shared so much interesting knowledge about this beautiful island, and the way he presented everything was both fun and engaging. The trip was the perfect mix of informative and entertaining — we were never bored for a second. Ricardo is an excellent tour guide, and we loved every moment we spent with him. 5.00We had a fantastic trip with our guide Ricardo. He was knowledgable, enthusiastic and full of interesting information about the island the past and the present, and the flora and fauna. He took us along some of the original roads and tracks and we couldnt have asked for a better day. Thanks so much Ricardo

5.00We had a great adventure with our tour guide Nuno. He is very professional, knowledgeable and looked after us very well. We all had a great time together, good vibe, good view, good laugh and humour. Really enjoyable time going round the West side of Madeira. We highly recommend this trip especially the off road experience, it was just amazing !
A wonderful way to explore Madeira! Plenty of beautiful sites, accommodating guides and fun adventures.

5.00Juan was a lovely guide with plenty of knowledge, charisma and exceptional English skills making the entire journey very comfortable. He adapted our tour as appropriate through the day as some members of the (small - 5 people) group didn’t drink, so we went to view some waterfalls instead of a Poncha tasting. The vehicle was comfortable and clean with plenty of space for everyone, would highly recommend Juan and Nature Connections for tours in the future.
