Camara De Lobos
Câmara de Lobos, located on Madeira's south coast, was the first place inhabited by João Gonçalves Zarco, the navigator who discovered this 'pearl of the Atlantic'. The municipality stands out for its centuries-old fishing tradition.
Cabo Girao
One of Madeira top viewpoints, Cabo Girão skywalk, one of the highest sea cliffs in the World with 580m The Cabo Girão viewpoint offers a unique perspective over the cities of Câmara de Lobos and Funchal: an urban scenery framed by a natural amphitheatre facing south. In the background, it is possible to see Fajã do Rancho and Fajã do Cabo Girão, which stand out for the small areas of cultivated land at the foot of the cliffs.

5.00Marie was great! The weather kept swinging between blue skies and drizzle, but it didn't stop us. She brought us to some off-the-beaten-path locations and filled us in on the backstories of everything we did and saw. The areas on this tour are so different from the Funchal area - I highly recommend this tour.

Ricardo shared so much interesting knowledge about this beautiful island, and the way he presented everything was both fun and engaging. 5.00We had a fantastic trip with our guide Ricardo. He was knowledgable, enthusiastic and full of interesting information about the island the past and the present, and the flora and fauna. He took us along some of the original roads and tracks and we couldnt have asked for a better day. Thanks so much Ricardo

5.00We had a great adventure with our tour guide Nuno. He is very professional, knowledgeable and looked after us very well. We all had a great time together, good vibe, good view, good laugh and humour. Really enjoyable time going round the West side of Madeira. We highly recommend this trip especially the off road experience, it was just amazing !
A wonderful way to explore Madeira! Plenty of beautiful sites, accommodating guides and fun adventures.

5.00Juan was a lovely guide with plenty of knowledge, charisma and exceptional English skills making the entire journey very comfortable. He adapted our tour as appropriate through the day as some members of the (small - 5 people) group didn’t drink, so we went to view some waterfalls instead of a Poncha tasting. The vehicle was comfortable and clean with plenty of space for everyone, would highly recommend Juan and Nature Connections for tours in the future.

5.00Amazing tour! Ricardo, our guide was extremely knowledgeable, and we were able to see many of the sights in Madeira. We lucked out with a very clear and sunny day, even in the Fanal forrest. I look forward to returning to the island and will definitely book a tour with Ricardo again. Wonderful experience on a beautiful island!

5.00The driver/host was excellent. 4 x 4 Jeep Tour to West and Northwest. I forget the driver’s name. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, easy-going. He certainly knows Funchal. His driving was excellent. The off-roading was exciting. My wife’s first experience with off-roading. We saw lots of places in the one day. The timing was good. We had a family of four in our group. Two children, ages 2 and 5. The driver was excellent with them. They sat in the two back seats and he talked to them, and they sang to us. Was like a party! An all-round good experience.

5.00We had an absolutely amazing time with our guide. He was so knowledgeable about the history of the island and answered any questions we had. The routes we took, we would never have seen on our own and the timings for each stop were just right. Fanal forest was a must see!
