  After booking through GetYourGuide, I emailed the company directly to advise there were 11 of us travelling together. They assured me that my group would be together in 2 vehicles and travelling along together. We were all separated into 4 vehicles with my single friend not being put together with any of us. We all seemed to have different tours, and did not see all that we were supposed to. The Pineapple Farm was literally just a field. I tried contacting the company directly with my concerns, but have never heard back from them. All 4 of the guides were good and gave lots of information. I would NOT recommend this tour for people wanting to travel together nor would I book it again for myself.

  Close to 24 hours before our scheduled Moorea tour, the ship’s captain informed all passengers that weather conditions would make it unsafe to anchor and tender to Moorea. We notified the tour operator immediately. They responded by changing the tour start time and instructing us to take the public ferry from Tahiti to Moorea instead. Given the circumstances, we were not comfortable with that option. Some in our party experience significant anxiety in crowded and unpredictable situations, and the ferry was expected to be full. We also learned that weather conditions disrupted ferry operations, with passengers stranded on Moorea for extended periods. This would have been extremely difficult for us. Additionally, taking the ferry would have increased our cost and changed the timing and logistics of the tour in ways we did not agree to. These changes were not due to any decision on our part; they were the result of weather and safety restrictions imposed by the ship’s captain. For these reasons, we believed a full refund was appropriate. We did not cancel by choice, nor did we request changes to the tour. The circumstances were beyond our control, and the alternative arrangement they proposed was not safe or reasonable for us. I respectfully asked them to reconsider our request for a full refund. They did not even respond!

  Our private 4x4 tour of Moorea was wonderful. Our guide William was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! His knowledge of Moorea and the history of the islands taught us a lot about what it is like to live in Moorea and French Polynesia. William's humor kept us laughing the whole day while he toured us around Moorea to see the sights of the pineapple plantation, distillery, eels, and spectacular views of Belvedere Lookout, ancient temple ruins, and Opunoho Valley.   We saw everything and more!! Our tour guide JJ was friendly and informative. The private tour was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company. The tour guide seemed to know everyone and made the day perfect.

  We booked a private tour. Unfortunately, I guess that meant that we had our own 4X4. Although that was nice the tour had 36 people on it and our driver followed the other trucks, we stopped the same places and so it was crowded and we were always last there. There was not a personal guide for us and our driver only followed what the other trucks did. We were supposed to go to a botanical garden, that didn’t happen. We were supposed to have water and snacks, that didn’t happen. We were offered liquor samples at the factory store but my wife and sister in law do not drink. Overall this tour was average at best and we paid to have private tour and didn’t get it.

  A great tour with William! We saw multiple places on the island and learned some interesting history. William had a great sense of humor that made the tour really enjoyable.

  Great three hours of highlights of Moorea - views, nature, rum, pearls and condiments and we were delivered back tio our ferry on time.

  We had a fantastic afternoon with Gerard exploring beautiful Moorea on a private tour. Everything was included as described on TripAdvisor and more, and Gerard picked us up on time, had cold water to offer us, told us some of what we would see and do, and moved at just the right pace for us. His explanation of the geography, culture and history of various sites was great, and he patiently answered questions and shared information about life in French Polynesia. We had sun, rain, and mist during our tour, and some bumpy muddy back roads, but the views and the learning at each destination were amazing, and Gerard was a safe driver. Highlights: Gerard, the views, the pineapple plantation, and the freshwater eels. We absolutely recommend this tour.

  This experience was organized for us my the tour desk in our resort. We had Carlos as our guide and he was fantastic. He loved his island, knew just about every second person we passed on the tour and provided us with a wealth of information. I have a back issue so I was allowed to ride in the cabin with Carlos and he was happy to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend this tour, this company and Carlos.

  We booked a half day, private 4WD tour and had Carlos as our guide. The booking process was super easy and we were fortunate to be picked up from our Air B&B which was a wonderful added touch. Carlos was excellent! The amount of knowledge and information he shared with us was endless. He stopped to show us all sorts of fauna, fruits and vegetables. It was so so interesting! He even took us to see some nurse sharks. We had stops with time to ourselves and never felt rushed. The only thing I will mention is that our tour went on longer than anticipated/advertised (which is a bonus!!) but we did not go to Magic Mountain as advertised in the description.
