The Pinnacles
The scenic drive north from Perth takes us right into the heart of Nambung National Park and into the Pinnacles Desert. Leaving the crowds behind, our 4WD capabilities take you off the usual tourist routes, allowing us to explore the 4.5 km golden sandy driving loop. Along the way, Cara will guide you to the best photo stops, like "Chungs Rock Photo Frame" or the "Desert Rock Platform" You’ll have the freedom to walk up close among the thousands of striking pinnacles at your own pace, discovering hidden angles and moments that capture the desert’s surreal beauty from every perspective.

5.00Our trip with Cara to the Pinnacles and Sand Dunes at Lancelin was possibly the highlight of our time in Perth. We were joined by one other couple, from the UK, and from the moment we were collected from our accommodation, to the time we were returned, we travelled in a spacious air-conditioned van with a very personalized and individual itinerary. Absolutely nothing was a bother for Cara when it came to our comfort and requests. Not only was she an excellent and competent driver, she was also extremely knowledgeable on a wide range of topics and we heard stories and saw places which would not have been possible with the larger bus tour groups. We were well catered for with a delicious lunch, as well as drinks along the way. We highly recommend Cara and her Take You There Tours to anyone wanting a special experience, tailored to your individual wishes.

5.00This small group tour takes you to places big busses can't come. Because Cara, the guide, drives a minivan we could take a 4 kilometer path along the pinnacles. We made various stops along the way to take pictures. It was amazing to be so close to the pinnacles and walk around them. Cara has a lot of knowledge of the whole area we passed through during the day. Besides the pinnacles we also had some nice stops at a beach, at a very interesting lake and at the sand dunes were we did sandboarding. That was a lot of fun! The lunch was excellent at a very nice location. I highly recommend this tour. Cara takes well care of het guests and tells a lot of interesting stories.

5.00My day trip with Cara to the Pinnacles and Turquoise Coast was amazing! The Pinnacles wow such a unique experience visiting there early and having the park virtually all to ourselves and being able to drive the loop of the park in the comfort of Cara’s van was so lovely! We moved along the coast to a gorgeous white sand beach for a nice cup of coffee and walk on the beach. Next stop was the Lobster Shack for lunch where the famous Western Australia Rock Lobster definitely didn’t disappoint. Onto Lake Thetis we saw the very impressive Thombolites and some wonderful local bird life. Last stop was the sand dunes of Lancelin where so many people were enjoying sand boarding, we were treated to sundowners and Cara made the most perfect G&T with a local product from a place we had driven through aptly named Gingin! I highly recommend this day for so many reasons but most importantly Cara goes out of her way to make each and every moment a memorable experience!
