  While we made our own flight and hotel bookings, JHT arranged our car, itinerary and sightseeing arrangements for the 5 day/ 4 night trip to Petra, Wadi Rum and Dead Sea. We arranged our travel blind from Dubai over the internet but were pleasantly surprised with the smooth coordination prior to travel by Nour Abadi who dealt very professionally with us via email and WhatsApp. She stayed in touch with us throughout our trip. The car arrangements and drivers Mousa/Muhammed were very good and professional. Everything worked like clockwork, with thoughtful arrangements right from receiving us at the airport. There were no hidden charges and they delivered more than promised with a smile. Very reliable service in Jordan, which is a very welcoming country for tourists. Will recommend them very strongly for anyone planning their trip to Jordan.

  Our trip to Jordan was absolutely incredible, and it was all thanks to the amazing team behind the scenes. From the very beginning, **Basma**, our tour coordinator, went above and beyond. She helped us with the visa process to Jordan and carefully arranged a seamless, well-thought-out itinerary. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made planning the trip completely stress-free. Our driver, **Hisham**, truly deserves special recognition. Not only was he a safe and reliable driver throughout the journey, but he treated us like family. He went out of his way to buy us food, snacks, and even small gifts along the way, making us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed. In Petra, we were guided by **Mamoun**, an extremely knowledgeable and admirable person. His deep understanding of Petra’s history and his passion for sharing the *true* stories behind this magnificent site brought the place to life in a way we will never forget. Finally, our experience in Wadi Rum was unforgettable thanks to our Bedouin guide, **Hossain**. He took us to all the iconic spots in the desert and gave us an authentic and memorable experience of this breathtaking landscape.   We booked the Jordan Horizons Tour: 4 Days Jordan Southern Highlights Tour (JEJ-JHT-010) Aida did a fabulous job of taking care of us and making sure everything went well. Even when we asked to add a stop at the place where John the Baptist baptized Christ. Later we added another person to our group and Aida made this addition so easily. At the start of our tour, we were picked up by Roni, our driver in Jerusalem and delivered to the board with ease. Hisham, our driver in Jordan did an excellent job of taking care of us, making sure we reached our destinations on time and that we had plenty of time to see what we wanted to see. He is a very knowledgeable tour guide himself and kept us update with information about what was going on around us. He personally took care of us and provided us with VIP treatment at the site where John the Baptist did his work, which was greatly appreciated. In Petra, our guide Sami met us at the hotel and took us on a well informed tour of Petra for two and a half hours. He then let us loose to wander around Petra as we wished. In Wadi Rum, we were treated like VIPs, with our driver taking us to some special places. We viewed the sunset from where they filmed the Star Wars and Martian movies. We stayed in the Martian dome tents, which have glass windows open to the stars. I highly recommend booking these accommodations. All in all, it was a fabulous time and I would definitely book with Aida at Jordan Horizons Tour the next time I'm in Jordan.

Driving a spacious, comfortable van perfectly suited for our family, Saeed was always punctual, courteous, and attentive. Every morning, we were greeted with ice-cold water bottles, a thoughtful touch that was especially appreciated in Jordan’s summer heat. He went above and beyond, handling all our tickets and entry arrangements for sites like the Roman Citadel, Jerash, Petra, and Wadi Rum with flawless efficiency. Saeed’s warm demeanor and local insights made every drive enjoyable, turning travel time into moments of connection and discovery. A Perfectly Crafted Itinerary The itinerary was a masterclass in planning, striking the ideal balance between exploration, relaxation, and cultural immersion: Day 1: We kicked off in Amman, exploring the historic Roman Citadel and Amphitheatre, followed by a vibrant evening stroll along Rainbow Street. The day was perfectly paced, allowing us to soak in the city’s charm. Day 2: The ancient ruins of Jerash were a highlight, with their grandeur leaving us in awe. Ajlun Castle added a touch of medieval magic, and our evening at a luxurious resort near the Dead Sea was pure bliss—complete with stunning views and top-notch amenities.   A great 5 days spent travelling down from Amman to Petra, Red Sea, Kavak and Wadi Rum. I traveled with a group of friends and we all had a very present experience, felt safe and accompanied all time. We had a great tour of Petra early in the morning, we also had an amazing trip in the Wadi Rum where the hostess service was top. Lastly Hisham was a great guide and I can highly recommend him, we had the chance to experience the local vibe thanks to him. 100% recomendable!
