Our representative will pick you up at 08h00 to drive you to Sossusvlei. Your first stop is Spreetshoogte Pass, offering breathtaking views, steep descents, photo spots, and diverse landscapes.

Solitaire

We continue with our journey Solitaire. At Solitaire, a famous desert stop in Namibia, clients can enjoy the following activities: ✅ Try the Famous Apple Pie – The bakery at Solitaire is world-renowned for its delicious apple pie, a must-try treat. ✅ Refuel & Refresh – A perfect stop for fuel, snacks, and a short break before continuing the journey. ✅ Explore the Quirky Car Graveyard – Old, rusted vintage cars scattered around make for great photo opportunities. ✅ Visit the General Store – Stock up on drinks, snacks, and souvenirs. ✅ Enjoy Desert Views – Relax and take in the unique surroundings of the Namib Desert.

Sesriem

Proceed to Sesriem with our guide. At Sesriem Pass, clients can enjoy: ✅ Scenic Desert Views – Stunning panoramic vistas of the Namib Desert, showcasing rugged mountains and vast open plains. ✅ Geological Formations – Unique rock layers and formations shaped by wind and water over millions of years. We will also enjoy our lunch at Sossusvlei lodge and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

This morning requires an early start; around 7AM visit Sossusvlei (dune 45), Dead Vlei and Big Daddy & Sesriem Canyon with your guide. All the excursions will be done with the accommodation where you are staying. Spend the afternoon at leisure.

Dune 45

Your guide will drive you to Dune 45, one of Sossusvlei’s most famous dunes, where we will stop for photographic opportunities

Big Daddy Dune

We proceed to Big Daddy Dune (the highest dune in Sossusvlei at ~325m), where we will climb the dune depending on your fitness. Guests can capture the incredible contrast of red dunes, white clay pans, and blue skies.

Deadvlei

Thereafter we proceed to Deadvlei. At Deadvlei, clients can witness one of Namibia’s most iconic and surreal landscapes, featuring: ✅ Ancient Dead Trees – 900-year-old blackened camel thorn trees stand in stark contrast against the white clay pan. ✅ Towering Red Dunes – Surrounded by some of the tallest dunes in the world, including Big Daddy (~325m). ✅ Unique Colors & Textures – The striking combination of white clay, deep blue sky, and orange-red dunes is a photographer’s dream.

Sesriem Canyon

We again proceed to Sesriem Canyon. At Sesriem Canyon, clients can explore a fascinating natural wonder featuring: ✅ Narrow, Winding Gorge – A 30-meter-deep canyon carved by the Tsauchab River over millions of years. ✅ Layered Rock Formations – Unique sedimentary rock layers showcasing the area's geological history. ✅ Shaded Walkways – A cool and refreshing break from the desert heat, with narrow paths and overhanging cliffs.

Swakopmund

Depart from Sossusvlei and journey through the scenic landscapes of the Namib Desert. The drive takes you through vast open plains, rugged mountain passes, and unique desert terrain. En route, stop at Solitaire, a charming desert outpost known for its famous apple pie and rustic atmosphere. Take a short break to enjoy refreshments and explore the small shop and fuel station. Continue towards the Gaub Pass and Kuiseb Pass, two dramatic canyons that showcase the beauty of Namibia’s desert geology. Stop at viewpoints to admire the rugged landscapes and take photos of the breathtaking scenery. As the journey progresses, transition from the arid desert. A quick stop at Dune 7 is also possible for those interested in climbing one of Namibia’s tallest sand dunes. Finally, continue to Swakopmund. Arrive in Swakopmund and check in at your hotel or lodge. Have dinner at any local restaurants Relax and prepare for the next day’s adventures in Walvis Bay

Walvis Bay Waterfront

This morning after breakfast, your guide will drive you to Walvis bay for your full day excursion. Departure from Walvis Bay Waterfront: Board a catamaran and set sail into the lagoon. Pelican & Seabird Encounters: Watch as pelicans and seagulls fly alongside the boat, with some even landing on board. Dolphin & Seal Sightings: Spot playful dolphins swimming next to the boat and visit the Cape fur seal colony at Pelican Point. Oysters & Champagne Experience: Enjoy fresh Namibian oysters paired with sparkling wine or juice, along with light snacks. Whale Watching (Seasonal – June to November): Look out for migrating humpback and southern right whales. Return to Waterfront: Conclude the cruise with stunning views of the Walvis Bay coastline. Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours.

After the boat cruise, meet your guide and board a 4x4 for the adventure. Walvis Bay Lagoon Stop: Quick stop to see flamingos and other birdlife. Drive Through Salt Pans: Pass by the striking pink and white salt ponds. Beach Drive to Sandwich Harbour: If the tide allows, drive along the beach where the dunes meet the ocean. Dune Exploration: Experience thrilling dune driving with panoramic views. Scenic Stop & Refreshments: Enjoy light snacks and drinks atop a high dune overlooking the ocean. Return to Walvis Bay: Drive back through the desert, completing the adventure. Duration: 4 hours.

Windhoek

Depart from Swakopmund after breakfast, heading east towards Windhoek. Optional Stop in Usakos or Karibib for a short refreshment break. Pass Through Okahandja, with an optional stop at the craft market for souvenirs. Arrive in Windhoek, where the tour concludes. Your guide will drop you at any place of your choice.
