5.00The tour was awesome. The team did their best to make our trip unforgettable and unique. Lisa organized an amazing 7-day tour. Our driver Muhammad was both professional and approachable at all times. Alain, the owner, and another member of the team managed to recover my luggage which had not arrived at Kigali Airport. They drove for eight hours overnight to reach us and ensure my wife got her medication, which was still in our luggage. Plus they organized an incredible birthday party for her… so what else could I say? Hats off to the them! Highly recommended.

5.00Great job done by Shalom Safaris. They arranged the tour to suit our specifications and were very accommodating. We loved Rwanda, a beautiful country with warm, hospitable people. We created wonderful memories. Our tour guide, Taufiq was absolutely the best. He is knowledgeable, professional and warm. We felt like family. We will be back.🙏🏽

I cannot emphasize enough how this team is so transparent with every service they offer.
