After your trek, continue your drive with an enroute stop in Masindi Town to enjoy your lunch at a Restaurant before embarking on your journey to Murchison falls National Park. On arrival at the Park transfer to your Lodge for Dinner and Overnight

After breakfast, you will enjoy a Game drive in the Murchison Falls National Park one of the best safari destinations that feature the hugest population of wildlife species. While on a game drive in the northern sector of the park expect to view African elephants, Cape buffaloes, lions, bushbucks, Oribis, Rothschild’s giraffes, waterbucks, hartebeests, antelopes as well as leopards

Nile Delta Cruises - Murchison Falls

After lunch set out for a 2-hour Launch Cruise (boat safari) on River Nile which sets off at Paraa, going upstream to the bottom of the Murchison Falls. The boat ride offers an array of wildlife sightings - crocodiles, hippos, and lizards are a common sight throughout the cruise. Big game such as buffaloes, elephants and antelopes can also be sighted drinking and cooling off the heat by the river banks and with a little luck, you might even spot a leopard resting in a tree close by the water. Reaching the bottom of the Murchison Falls, leave the boat and set out for a 45-minute hike with rocks adjacent to the Murchison falls and thereby accessing great views of the falls at different spots along the trail. Once reached the top you will find the tour guide waiting to drive you back to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Kibale National Park

The drive to Kibale forest is very enjoyable through the winding Marrum roads showing traditional Uganda as we go through traditional Villages where you see people at work tending their traditional crops like yams, tobacco, sorghum, beans, cassava, sweet potatoes and maize with later foreign green tea plantations as we get to Fort Portal town which is a small and attractive town well planned by colonialists and deriving its name from a fort which was built between 1891 and 1893 by Sir Gerald Portal. You will enjoy lunch in Fort Portal Town and a city tour of the town after proceeding to Kibale Forest National Park.

Kibale National Park

After morning breakfast, we drive to Kanyanchu for registration and a short briefing and allocation of the chimpanzee community to trek and your ranger guide will lead you on the trek in search of this great ape. Chimpanzees are the closest to man of all the apes, and it is fun Watching man’s closest cousin in the wild, much as they are a large community of over 1000, about 120 are habituated and regularly visited by tourists, which activity takes one hour after finding them. Much as they are the main focus, other primates in this forest of interest include Black and white Columbus monkeys, L’Hoest Monkeys, Red tailed monkeys, Blue Monkey, Grey Cheeked Mangabey, bush babies, pottos, and lots of birds will be heard and seen on this trek like Grey-Throated Flycatchers, Masked & Black-Capped Apalis’, Chestnut-Winged Starlings, Orange -Tufted & Tiny Sunbirds and many other Birds, Butterflies and other Forest Flora and Fauna.

Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary

We shall have lunch then later in the afternoon, explore the Bigodi village. You have the opportunity to visit a swamp with abundant butterflies, plants, animals and spectacular birds like Great Blue Turaco which will be of great interest to birders. After this experience, you will take a village walk that will lead you to the Coffee experience, banana bear making, basket making and traditional healer. We shall later drive back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay

Kampala

After an early morning breakfast, we Transfer by Road back to Kampala and proceed to Entebbe Airport for your Outbound Flight Home
