Shortened private guided tour to Bermuda

2.00The driver was polite and knowledgeable during the tour itself, which we appreciate. However, we booked and paid for a 5-hour private tour for a group of 6, including my 85-year-old mother, and the tour ended after only about 4 hours. This was especially disappointing because this was likely my mother’s only opportunity in her lifetime to visit Bermuda. The shortened tour deprived her and the rest of our group of part of what was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. During the tour, the operator was repeatedly reminded that we had reserved a 5-hour experience, but we were still returned to the port early. After we contacted Viator, the operator claimed there were road closures and traffic delays that shortened the tour. This was simply not true — traffic was very light that day, and there were no significant road closures affecting our route. After being contacted by Viator, the operator did agree to a 20% refund. While the guide was personally pleasant, we were disappointed by the failure to provide the full tour duration that was advertised and paid for, as well as the inaccurate explanation afterward.

5.00Raymond was a great driver and an even better tour guide. He made our trip around Bermuda wonderful and showed us so many places in a short 5 hours! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our very rambunctious group. We saw so many beautiful places on the island and Raymond made sure we did not miss a thing. He is also a great photographer and knows where to get the best shots. We cannot recommend him enough and he made our trip to Bermuda 10000x more enjoyable.

5.00We booked a 5 hour tour while in port on a cruise. Mr. Tucker arrived early, was friendly, helpful, and eager to share his beautiful island home with us. He asked a few questions to begin, and then adjusted the tour to our likes and interests to ensure we had a great time. He showed us many of the iconic Bermuda sights and surprised us with a few hidden gems. We had a wonderful tour and would gladly use Tuckers Transport again.

5.00We had a wonderful time on our tour! Raymond was a fabulous guide - so personable and knowledgeable. He took us all around the island and shared history and facts, infused with some humor. Our group included young children and they had a great time as well - he was very engaging with them. I can't recommend this operator enough!

5.00Raymond was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. He tailored the whole tour to meet our "senior" needs of minimal walking/standing. I highly recommend any visitor to Bermuda to use Raymond as their tour guide.

5.00My wife and I just took a tour with Tuckers tours. We found that not only was he friendly but was very knowledgeable with Bermuda. In my entire life, that was the best tour that I have been on. Compared to my whole trip to Bermuda, his tour was the best thing that happened on that trip. It was my absolute favorite experience...,ever. Mr. Tucker maid us feel like we were family. He tailored the tour just for us and what we wanted to see. I highly recommend this tour.

5.00Raymond was very knowledgeable and took us to many spots we would have otherwise missed. He knew the history, island flora and places that take your breath away. He was engaging with all members of our party including children. We had three generations in our party of 6 and Raymond made sure there were multiple highlights for all.
