  Raymond Tucker was the best private tour guide of Bermuda ! He answered all my questions prior to arriving, very respectful, responsive, very knowledgeable about the island. I would highly recommend him if you want a private tour that is personalized to what you want to see.   The tour was provided by the owner Raymond Tucker who was truly invested in assuring the tour was at our pace, comfort level, and had an adaptive itinerary. This was our second tour on the island the first was 10 years prior. This tour was superior in every aspect. If you want a custom VIP experience with outstanding content delivery this tour should be your first consumer.

  We had a special request for Mr. Tucker, as we lived in Bermuda back in 1967 – 1970 while my father was stationed there in the Navy, wanted to see places we haven’t been to in over 55 years and boy did he deliver. He provided everything we had hoped for and was very attentive to my elderly parents needs. I highly recommend Mr. Tucker if you are considering a private tour, very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating.

  The driver was polite and knowledgeable during the tour itself, which we appreciate. However, we booked and paid for a 5-hour private tour for a group of 6, including my 85-year-old mother, and the tour ended after only about 4 hours. This was especially disappointing because this was likely my mother’s only opportunity in her lifetime to visit Bermuda. The shortened tour deprived her and the rest of our group of part of what was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. During the tour, the operator was repeatedly reminded that we had reserved a 5-hour experience, but we were still returned to the port early. After we contacted Viator, the operator claimed there were road closures and traffic delays that shortened the tour. This was simply not true — traffic was very light that day, and there were no significant road closures affecting our route. After being contacted by Viator, the operator did agree to a 20% refund. While the guide was personally pleasant, we were disappointed by the failure to provide the full tour duration that was advertised and paid for, as well as the inaccurate explanation afterward.

  Raymond was a great driver and an even better tour guide. He made our trip around Bermuda wonderful and showed us so many places in a short 5 hours! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our very rambunctious group. We saw so many beautiful places on the island and Raymond made sure we did not miss a thing. He is also a great photographer and knows where to get the best shots. We cannot recommend him enough and he made our trip to Bermuda 10000x more enjoyable.

  We booked a 5 hour tour while in port on a cruise. Mr. Tucker arrived early, was friendly, helpful, and eager to share his beautiful island home with us. He asked a few questions to begin, and then adjusted the tour to our likes and interests to ensure we had a great time. He showed us many of the iconic Bermuda sights and surprised us with a few hidden gems. We had a wonderful tour and would gladly use Tuckers Transport again.

  We had a wonderful time on our tour! Raymond was a fabulous guide - so personable and knowledgeable. He took us all around the island and shared history and facts, infused with some humor. Our group included young children and they had a great time as well - he was very engaging with them. I can't recommend this operator enough!

  Raymond was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. He tailored the whole tour to meet our "senior" needs of minimal walking/standing. I highly recommend any visitor to Bermuda to use Raymond as their tour guide.
