  We were four traveling together on a cruise, two of us family members. At 8:30 we were warmly greeted by a waiting and smiling Bruno. The Mercedes van was parked just 50 feet from the gangplank — truly luxurious. Bruno first took us to the historic Abbey of Saint-Victor and its ancient tombs, a fascinating. He then brought us to several breathtaking viewpoints around Marseille. We visited the magnificent Palais Longchamp, an impressive monument that houses both the Fine Arts Museum and the Natural History Museum. There was a picture depicting the Great Plague of 1720 (“La Peste”), the bubonic plague caused by Yersinia pestis. We also stopped at Notre-Dame de la Garde, which offers stunning panoramic views of Marseille and the Mediterranean. After the view stops, one highlight of our trip was enjoying lunch at Bar de la Marine in Cassis. Sitting there, soaking in the French Riviera atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon, watching stylish locals — some in designer clothing and chic glasses — dine alongside us. The food and wine were exceptional. We enjoyed local Cassis wines — a white from Domaine du Paternel and a delicious rosé from Domaine La Dona Tigana. Bruno knows the wines and the restaurants and can recommend anything you might need. The monkfish with black rice and young carrots was out of this world, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. One member of our group said even the sausage and potatoes were the best they had ever had! This tour offers beautiful scenery, incredible food, and outstanding wine. Bruno’s driving, local knowledge, and English were great. His professionalism and engaging humor made this excursion outstanding. Just book it! • Private Driver is the best way to see Marseille

  A private driving tour with Georgi was the highlight of our visit. Traveling with Georgi felt like riding with family. He was knowledgeable about all the sites as well as living life in Marseille. We were four senior citizens, and he opened each door for us. I'm handicap and he helped me to get out of the car. He was available to answer your questions, even after the tour. We adored Georgi, and he laughed at our jokes and sung songs with us.

  Bruno is a class act! Very good communication, extremely professional. We unfortunately did not get to actually take the tour because our cruise ship could not tender safely due to weather conditions but Bruno provided a full refund. Demonstrates his professionalism, integrity and supreme customer service. Thank you Bruno!

  Bruno was the best!! We had such a laid back, stress free day. Tour was so much better than expected. He had extensive knowledge of the places we passed by and visited. Cassis was our favorite part of the day. Would definitely book with him again!!!!

  The van tour, led by Bruno, made for a perfect day in the south of France. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless and exceeded expectations. Bruno was a highlight of the tour. The guide's knowledge of Marseille's history, architecture, and culture was impressive, bringing each landmark to life with interesting stories and insightful commentary. The guide combined historical facts with local anecdotes, giving a genuine understanding of the city. The guide was also engaging, witty, and had a great sense of humor, which made tour memorable. Our favorite way to explore new cities is with a local resident; Bruno did not disappoint!

  Bruno was waiting for us with a sign. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. There was a wildfire while we were in Marseille. He was an expert driver knowing exactly how to navigate the road closures to get us back to our ship safely. I highly recommend taking this tour.
