After your arrival to Cusco, we will take you to the hotel and then you`ll join your guide for a briefing about the whole trip that awaits ahead of you. Today, you can spend the day at leisure visiting and exploring the city of Cusco (the capital of the Incas). In case you want an optional tour, we can offer: Cusco City tour (included in shared service) We will pick you up at 13:00pm from your hotel to start the tour and visiting the following places: The Koricancha: Temple of the sun. The Cathedral: Marvel of the religious art. Sacsayhuaman: a majestic place with impressive works in stone, some up to 120 tons. Q´enqo:(Labyrinth) a religious center dedicated to the adoration of the Earth. Puca pucara:(reddish place) that was used as a military control center. Tambomachay:(Temple of the Water) a center of adoration and worship of water. Ending around 6:30pm, we will drop you off back to your hotel.

We will pick you up at 8:00am (to be confirmed) and take you to the train station. The train leaves at 11:30 am (time may change depending on availability and changes to timetable). After a 3.5-hour journey of majestic views you arrive to Aguas Calientes (Hot Springs Town) where you will spend the night. There will be plenty of time to relax if you want to have a hot bath in the natural springs!

You will have breakfast and then your guide will pick you up from your hotel at 5:40am. You will take the bus up to majestic Machu Picchu to catch the sunrise, and then begin your walking tour (approximately 2 hours) with your guide. After this, you can explore the mysterious city by yourselves. You will meet your guide in Aguas Calientes (you can get back by bus or on foot) for lunch and to be given your train tickets back to Cusco. You will then get the train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo, followed by a bus from Ollantaytambo to Cusco.

5.00We had a wonderful holiday in Peru, it was so much more than we expected. Our tour guide Eduardo was exceptional, very friendly and knowledgeable...we have done 14 tripadeal holidays and we rate Eduardo as one of our top guides. Everything from transport to hotels to activities was excellent. Macchu pichou was amazing... highly recommended...

5.00Valerie & I personally want to thank Claudio, from Valencia Travel Cusco, for the way he treated us and our whole 32 people group and how brought us all together as a “family” and that we also have stayed a family since we left his tour, as the long lasting friendships we forged while with him was amazing. His attention to detail and his concern for our health and well being during our trip was the best we have ever received. The itinerary was explained and we shown the best parts while we were there. He is a credit to your company as a personal tour guide with a passionate outlook to the way he shows you his amazing county and how proud he is of it, and how humble he is to be able to do it. We are already planning a reunion sometime next year with everyone. 5.00WOW - awesome - sensational stuff. We did this Machu Picchu tour as part of an overall 5-week package with Trip-a-Deal and the Peru section, including Machu Picchu, was managed by VALENCIA TRAVEL CUSCO. I would thoroughly recommend Valencia Travel in Peru. Our main guide from Valencia Travel was Claudio Andia and he also had several other colleagues with him to assist with pick ups, bus drivers and other guides because our group was quite large (32 people) Claudio got our whole group together on the very first night, and he created a "FAMILY" out of us all which was reinforced through a What's App chat group that Claudio set up for us. I think this also made the entire trip more enjoyable, so much so that we carried that FAMILY group on for the rest of out trip - another 4 weeks through South America and Antarctica. I can't thank you enough Claudio and Valencia Travel and Trip a Deal for creating such a fantastic Family Group Dynamic.

5.00The places we visited were wonderful and our guide Ruben Soto Vera had excellent knowledge of all the Incan sites. Machu Picchu was a highlight even though the weather was foggy and occasionally raining, it was a once in a lifetime experience. Cusco is an interesting city as it was central to the Incas and visiting the main Cathedral and sites around it were fascinating. We also did an Amazon extension. The Corte Maltes lodge was comfortable and food plentiful. Staff were attentive and friendly. The highlight was visiting a native tribe upriver who showed us how they hunted for food and grew their own crops and animals. Their simple lifestyle was inspirational. Would recommend.

5.00Great trip, Peru is a beautiful country. The trip was titled Incredible Andes and it lived up to its name, from the jungle to the mountains absolutely beautiful! Our guide Ruben was knowledgeable and helpful and had a great sense of humour, him as long with Edwardo made for a fun informative trip. Highly recommend!
