• Spectacular! Adventure of a Lifetime!

  Perfect Tanzanian Safari which far exceeded our expectations. Our Family of four had a Semi Luxury Tanzanian & Zanzibar Adventure. We decided on Bush 2 City because of the high ratings, fair pricing and kind and informative guidance. We worked with Neema to plan our adventure through the Ngorongoro Crater, Ndutu and Central Serengeti. Neema was patient with all my questions and changes, she made booking directly without a travel agent thorough and flawless. She advised on best route, accommodations, visas and travel insurance, which was great because our flight from the States was one day late because of snow storm. Neema courteously adjusted our safari and met us at the airport the next day. We were reimbursed in full from Nomads travel insurance which she suggested. The hotels, Safari Lodges and meals Neema selected were all first class, which says a lot because I am very particular. Ngorongoro, Ndutu, Serengeti January Safari was perfect because of the Wildebeest calving season, attracting predators like lions and Cheetahs. We saw Wildlife at every turn. Elephant, Zebra, Giraffe, Lion, Cheetah, Leopard, Hyena, Rhino, Hippo, Buffalo... We had a private Land Cruiser with David as our Guide from Arusha all the way through to the Seronera Airstrip. We couldn't have been in better hands. David has been a safari guide for almost 20 years and it shows. We saw all the big five and more. He is truly an expert driver and he can spot a far off leopard in a tree invisible to us until he navigates next to it for the ideal photo. We had so much fun with David. His knowledge, professionalism, kindness and patience made our Safari Perfect. We went on to relax a few days in Zanzibar which was great. It also would have been nice to have gone on to see the Gorillas in Uganda, another bucket list trip. So I guess we will be going back to Africa, and when we do we will definitely book with Bush 2 City Adventure!

  Jackson we very responsive from the very beginning to the end for planning every detail on this trip for our family considering we had kids under 10 we wanted to make sure that the trip was curated specific to our liking. The drivers that were with us for the entire trip were a wealth of knowledge, were always accommodating to on our schedule and made every effort to ensure a wonderful viewing of all the animals , sunrises sunsets and also took us to some local artisans and shopping sprees to end the trip !! Highly recommend Bush 2 City for your safari adventure

  Bush2City is outstanding tour operator. The guide and driver Ally exceeded our expectations in every respect. He went beyond and above his duty to show us animals in the game drive. I think he is one of the best guides and drivers in Tanzania. All the lodgings were excellent. It was our best vacation ever! Thanks to Bush2City.

  My wife and I chose to visit Tanzania and Zanzibar for our honeymoon, starting with a Safari trip in Tanzania. We did a lot of research, and after weeks of searching, we decided to go with Bush2City. The whole process of booking was brilliantly handled by Martha, with great communication and always able to answer our queries. The trip itself was amazing, our guide was Hussein who was a great host - as well as an avid photographer (who we are glad to see is up and running again with his photography after not having a camera for a while). Hussein helped ensure we got to see all of the Big Five, including the elusive Leopard that we have never managed to see before. The accommodation was amazingly luxurious and food was incredible! We would definitely be using them again when we return for another visit!

  We booked a 2 week trip to Tanzania via B2C and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Here's why: On the front end: flexibility. I had a lot of requests and Maliwaza worked with us to make the trip exactly what we wanted: we made several additions to the itinerary, including a day to visit Lake Manyara (tip: it was nice but the other 3 parks we visited [Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro] were much better) and adding 4 days in Zanzibar at the end; we were quoted a lower rate by another operator for the Serengeti balloon ride and she immediately honored it; when I asked if there were any opportunities to reduce the cost of the trip she worked with us to find a few slightly less expensive hotels (which were still great). During the trip: stellar customer service. Our guide, Aziz, was absolutely fantastic. He had over 20 years of experience and it showed (tip: ask for an experienced guide!). Not only was he an excellent driver (which is important, considering the roads and lack of signage), but he also excelled in finding game in less busy areas. He could spot a cheetah from hundreds of feet away, tracked prints in the dirt, and after comparing notes with some of the other lodge guests at the end of the evening it was fair to say that we consistently saw more. And lastly, he looked out for us in all ways. He advised on how to tip at the hotels, helped haggle with vendors, made sure every hotel knew our food restrictions, and made us feel very safe considering we were a same-sex female couple with kids traveling in a country where homosexuality is illegal. We also had excellent customer service from Maliwaza on the admin staff. We had an issue with our outbound flight (tip: some countries require transit visas even if you don't leave the airport, so do your research!) and were going to miss our connecting flight from Nairobi to Arusha. I texted Mali and asked her to see what could be done. By the time we landed, knowing how expensive it would be to book new connecting flights for all 5 of us, she had arranged for car transport for us from Nairobi to Arusha, not only at a fraction of the cost, but which also allowed us to not miss any of our safari time. I could go on and on but will end by saying that a) this was the trip of a lifetime and something we will remember forever, and b) we were in excellent hands through the entire process. Highly, highly recommend B2C.

  Maliwaza at Bush 2 City helped us plan our first trip to Tanzania for our honeymoon, and it was truly the adventure of a lifetime (and we both travel quite a lot!). She was patient and detailed throughout the process and we loved working with her. She helped us accommodate all our requests, including a fantastic hot air balloon experience over Ndutu. Our itinerary was Arusha > Tarangire > Serengeti (2 days) > Ndutu > Ngorongoro and we loved every minute. Our charming guide and masterful driver was Hussein, who soon became a friend; he is so knowledgeable about each park and all its animals, an incredible spotter, and generally wonderful company through the long drives - we hope to see more of Tanzania with him in the future! Of the lodges we stayed at, our favorites were the Melia Arusha, the Melia Serengeti, the Serena Lodge Ngorongoro (best view ever) and the Escarpment Lodge in Tarangire (favorite of all!). All had out of this world views, great service, and were very comfortable. As vegetarians we were worried about meals, and each location really tried their best to accommodate our requests. Most importantly - the safari. We had some absolutely incredible sightings, from a just born giraffe, to 2 lion cubs just a couple weeks old, more lions than we could count, and cheetahs up close. It was unbelievable, and going in early March also meant we saw the great migration, many young, and enjoyed the parks when they were far less busy. We have only been back home 5 days and are already trying to see when we can return - it felt like something right out of a movie.   We had such an amazing trip with Bush 2 City. Bush 2 City is a smaller company that truly cares about the experience of their customers. Our guide Solomon was truly an amazing guide and went above and beyond to make the experience a once in a lifetime trip for my girlfriend and I. • An unforgettable experience

  We decided to rely on Bush2city adventure because right from the start, when choosing the stages and lodges, Martha made us feel guided and reassured. Everything was perfect, from the moment we got off the plane and were greeted by the driver until they took us back to the airport. The choice of lodges to stay in was excellent, everything as in the proposal we received. Every place has stolen our hearts, along with the people who work there and the endless sunsets. The driver who was with us all week became like a friend: he drove us, explained everything, laughed and ate with us, and we miss him already! Bush2city is made up of exceptional people, who work excellently and pay attention to every detail. We never felt unsafe or dissatisfied.
