Ms. Dali was amazing, available 24/7, prompt reply to all my queries, always suggesting solutions, excellent communication. I complained about one of the hotel’s dinner, she offered free lunch the next day and extra tour! She also arranged for early check-in in one of the hotels. She’s above expectations. I highly recommend this office and really appreciate all Dali’s support throughout my trip.

Everything has gone in the best way: good hotels, comfortable car, good driver Mr. Robert for transfer from airport, excellent guides: Ms Giuli for Tbilisi and especially Mr Temor, for the rest of the tour, who was very capable in explaining us many things about the country, was always helpful and has given us excellent restaurant recommendations. The itinerary is well organized and is useful to give an idea of the country. There was no mishap or unexpected. Keep in mind that if you want you can ask to replace the hotels proposed in the program.
