6 Hour: Premiere & Private Acadia National Park with Lobster Pier

A local, permitted guide will show you all of the highlights of Acadia National Park plus the famous fjord Somes Sound, the Asticou Gardens and go to an authentic lobster pound (where lobstermen bring their daily catch) for lunch!

We will pick you up and we’ll drive along the stunning 27-mile long Park Loop Road up to the summit of Cadillac Mountain. From Cadillac summit you can see spectacular views of Bar Harbor and the surrounding islands.

See all of the famous sites on the Park Loop Road, including summit of Cadillac Mountain, Rockefeller’s stone bridges, Otter Cliffs, Thunder Hole, and Sieur du Monts Gardens and Nature Center.

We will continue on to see the summer colonies of the rich and famous. Drive along the fjord, Somes Sound. Finish in Southwest Harbor to have lunch at an authentic lobster pound while looking over Great Harbor Marina.

We can stop and stay as long as you would like at each location. We will point out trailheads and carriage roads to explore on your own.

Had such a wonderful tour! Jeff was an awesome guide and very knowledgeable about the area. He took us to places we would never have explored on our own and even deviated from the planned lunch spot to take us somewhere we had not already been to which was fabulous! Thank you Jeff!

The tour exceeded our expectations. Dana was an amazing guide. She is knowledgeable and shared great facts and details about each of the places we visited. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Dana even helped us map out the rest of our trip. Lunch at Beal’s was delicious and a great atmosphere. We highly recommend the tour and Dana.

This tour is the best way to see Acadia and Bar Harbor! Our tour provided the most comfortable and informative experience. We were able to ride along while Bill, a true lifetime local, narrated everything perfectly! Lunch at Beal’s was the cherry on top. Bill made sure our time on Mount Desert Island was truly memorable!

Had a great time with my family. The tour guide was local and knowledgeable. We learned the history of many places. It was a great way to get a preview of sights we wanted to visit in depth later.

We booked the 6-hour Acadia tour with At Your Service and are so thankful we did! Dana was amazing! She was personable and made us feel comfortable right away. Throughout the tour, she shared with us the history and her knowledge of the park and surrounding areas, along with personal stories of her time in Maine (which we all very much enjoyed)! A huge plus is we didn't have to worry about parking or navigating through the crowds (it was quite busy!) - and we experienced more than we would have had we been on our own. We had a delicious lunch at Beal's Lobster Pier where Dana went the extra step and shared with us some of her favorite spots in Bar Harbor. I highly recommend this tour - it was one of the highlights of our vacation. And ask for Dana!! She was fantastic!!

We had the six hour private tour with Jeff- had an outstanding time. The park was beautiful. Lunch was outstanding. An excellent way to get an overview of the park and surrounding area.

we had a great time! The trip was fantastic and Caleb was amazing! He was friendly and knowledgeable and knew so much about the area. Our kids were entertained the entire time (which is not easy to do for six hours). I would highly recommend anyone visiting the area to go on this tour! Lunch was totally worth it, best lobster rolls we had on our vacation.

Tim gave us a great comprehensive overview of Acadia, pointing out many things that only locals would know about. This included unique beaches, scenic vistas and general overview of the area. We took this tour at the start of our vacation and feel confident we will have a great visit at Acadia based on the information/insights we gained.
