This popular tour begins with a breathtaking view of the majestic Empress Hotel, overlooking the Inner Harbor with its classic tall ships and sleek sailing vessels. Feel like royalty as you journey past landmark buildings and historic homes. As you enter Beacon Hill Park, you will be dazzled with the array of fragrant flowers and delightful duck ponds. You will continue on out to the Dallas Road waterfront, passing Mile 0 of the Trans Canada Highway. Here you'll gaze at the splendor of the Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The rest of your tour will be through the oldest neighborhood in Victoria with an impressive variety of well-maintained historic homes and gardens. The tour finishes back in the Inner Harbor by the Parliament buildings and the Royal London Wax Museum.

5.00Wow! We had so much fun with Katie (I’m like 99% sure that was her name) and Donner! She was so knowledgeable about the area, and her love for Donner shined through. I appreciated that she asked how we wished to proceed with our tour at the beginning. 5- STARS ⭐️ The time of day was perfect to get the sunset colors! I fell in love with Victoria on that ride.

5.00The carriage ride was everything we had hoped it would be! We were greeted by Hanna our driver. She introduced us to “Jack Sparrow” our Clydesdale horsepower for the night. After climbing aboard, we snuggled into the blankets. The ride wound through Beacon Hill and the James Bay neighborhood of Victoria. Hanna was knowledgeable and friendly. We were allowed to design the ride as we wished. Addressing the things that interested us. Sunset was the perfect time!

5.00My husband and I had a wonderful tour guide who made us laugh and informed us of all the sights along the way. The horse, Elsie, was an expert guide and beautiful to boot. It is an extraordinary way to see some of the most beautiful parts of Victoria Canada. If you do a tour, this is the way to do it.

5.00Relaxed taking in it charm of the manicured park as nature and wildlife was shown the peacocks were quite interesting the beautiful flowers I had a genuinely kind young lady share some of the details. As I was thinking, stepping in the past, as the future move so forward, it was nice to relax and be cared for and learn.
Fun, interesting, leisurely ride through town!

5.00We signed up for a Victoria Carriage Tours horse drawn carriage ride online, about 30 minutes before scheduled departure. It was the first time of the day, and we left a little late; I wondered if we’d get shortchanged a little, but in fact we got a little more than the hour ride we paid for. Our driver, Amelia, was friendly and informative as we clip-clopped through parks, neighborhoods, and quaint business districts. This isn’t an inexpensive ride, but they have about 6-7 different lengths of rides all priced proportionately, which helps. My wife really wanted a carriage ride while we were here, so I sprung for a one hour trip, which we both enjoyed!

5.00Checking into the event was easy. Questions prior to the event were addressed and answered in a timely manner. We met our horse, MacIntosh and driver Nakita…..they were a great match!! The carriage was a bit tight for a party of 5, but we managed. Nakita was a local and very knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend the tour!!!

5.00Our guide was very knowledgeable about the city, we enjoyed our ride even though it was cold and windy that night. The city is beautiful, we wish we had more time to explore.
