DAY 1: AIRPORT PICK UP- CITY TOUR • Representative will be waiting for your arrival at the airport and your transfer to the hotel. • Free morning to rest and acclimatize • 2:00 PM Pick up from the hotel for the City tour, First place to visit koricancha (temple of the sun), 45 minute guided tour and then go to the mobility • After 30 minutes in mobility we will reach Sacsayhuaman (Quechua de saqsay = place to be satiated and waman = falcon, is to say "Place where the hawk is satiated") where we will have a guided tour of 1 hour • Then we will visit Qenqo (ritual center in a rocky outcrop), a place with a lot of mysticism that will be felt when entering the rock outcropping. • After 15 minutes of mobility we will arrive at PucaPucara (red fort), military construction • Last visit will be Tambomachay known as Baño del Inca where water cult was performed. After our trip we will take the mobility for the return to Cusco, approximate time of arrival 7:00 pm.
Sacred Valley
DAY 2: CUSCO SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS - AGUAS CALIENTES (MACHUPICCHU) • We will pass through the hotel 8.00 am to start the tour of the sacred valley, after traveling 1 hour and a half in mobility we will reach the ruins of Pisaq in which we will have a guided tour of 1 hour approx. • Traveling in the direction of the river willka mayu or sacred river we will arrive to Urubamba capital of the sacred valley where we will have a buffet lunch (typical Andean food). • After lunch we will travel 30 minutes in mobility to the town of Ollantaytambo to visit archaeological site where we will have a guided tour of 1 hour, highlighting the Temple of the Sun, The Intihuatana and the Princess Baths and Andean terraces. • After having a guided tour of Ollantaytambo we have to go to the train station to board the train that will take us to hot waters where we will spend the night for the next day to visit Machupicchu.

5.00The name is apt, the experience was incredible. In the three continents I have visited, I have never experienced a company so dedicated to meeting and exceeding our expectations. We spent 5 days with MACHU PICCHU journey in Cusco and Lima. I gave them a very ambitious itinerary, which they helped me structure in the best way imaginable, always ready to answer any questions. Even when we had unforeseen events, Maria helped us quickly restructure the itinerary. On top of all they gave us surprise upgrades that made the experience 5 unforgettable days. We are very grateful and recommend Machu Picchu journey for anyone who wants to have a good time in Cusco in the hands of the best!

5.00Without a doubt, Machu Picchu journey was responsible for us having the best experiences and memories of my family during our visit to Peru. Not only providing us with the best tours in Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machupichu, Palcoyo Mountain of colors among other places, but they also made sure that each tour was as good as possible and also solving any setback outside of them but still supporting us so that our visit to Peru was the best experience we could have. 5.00I highly recommend Machu Picchu Journey to anyone going to Peru. As a first time traveler I was a little nervous but the agency made me feel completely at ease. There was always there in time to pick me up and for transfers. I was given a detailed daily itinerary and at the beginning of the trip. The guides were very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. My trip to Peru was extremely pleasant thanks to Machu Picchu Journey.

They organized everything down to the last detail, and made numerous helpful suggestions to improve our trip, which we were happy to accept - we have no regrets and are in fact more grateful that we followed their advice. 5.00absolutely five stars, above and beyond I have recently used Machu Picchu Journey for a great group trip (7 days, Cusco, 21 people). They took great care of us, not only to get to meetings and flights and business dinners on time, but making sure our free time was well spent. they were knowledgeable about restaurants, leisure, bars, neighborhoods, shopping, everything. After traveling to many other places with many other travel companies, I have never experienced the Service offered by Machu Picchu Journey I would totally recommend them.
