Fujikawaguchiko-machi
Fujikawaguchiko, home to Lake Kawaguchi, is also a lively resort town with various tourist attractions including hot springs, museums, and access to the Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. Visitors can also hop aboard the excursion boat Appare for a sightseeing cruise.
Kawaguchiko General Park
Kawaguchiko Tenjozan Park is a park on the east bank of Kawaguchi Lake. You'll be able to can access this park by taking the Fuji Parnoramic Ropeway to the middle of the mountain. The peaceful, less crowded nature of this park also provides observation decks to see Mt. Fuji and a fuller view of Fujikawaguchiko.

Fushimi Inari Shrine/Red Torii Gates ( Fushimi Inari Taisha) is an important Shinto shrine in southern Kyoto. It is famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates, which straddle a network of trails behind its main buildings. The trails lead into the wooded forest of the sacred Mount Inari, which stands at 233 meters and belongs to the shrine grounds. Fushimi Inari is the most important of several thousands of shrines dedicated to Inari, the Shinto god of rice. Foxes are thought to be Inari's messengers, resulting in many fox statues across the shrine grounds. Fushimi Inari Shrine has ancient origins, predating the capital's move to Kyoto in 794.
Nara Park

Only feed them the official shika senbei crackers sold in the park — and keep maps, paper, and snacks hidden, or they'll steal them!

Uji is famous for its green tea. Osaka Castle
The construction of Osaka Castle started in 1583 on the former site of the Ishiyama Honganji Temple, which had been destroyed by Oda Nobunaga thirteen years earlier. Toyotomi Hideyoshi intended the castle to become the center of a new, unified Japan under Toyotomi rule. It was the largest castle at the time.
Learn the ways of a true Japanese warrior during a 60-minute ninja lesson in Osaka! Ninjas aren't just famous in Japan, but worldwide. In many areas of the globe, the word "ninja" has come to mean black clothed mysterious beings that can perform superhuman feats. Popular movies and series are largely responsible for the attire, but ninja legends are actually real, and are a part of history in Japan. On this experience, become a ninja for a day and learn the art, poses, and shuriken (ninja star) throwing skills of ninjas. Receive hands-on instruction on fighting techniques (Kuja-kiri, Embu, etc.), weaponry, and meditation during this workshop. You'll also discover the ninja philosophy of "ku" or no-self, which focuses on minimizing conflict. And if you're brave enough, suit up in a "ninja gi" or ninja costume, too, roam the streets, and have your photos taken!
