  What an adventure. Myself, my mother and our friends just returned from a 7-days trek. This company exceeded our expectations. 5-stars reviews out there but there is nothing like speaking directly to other clients on the mountain to gauge how Golden Summit Adventures were so superior to other companies! We were in such good hands as he had extensive experience, medical knowledge, encouraging/positive demeanor, and a really fun wit to him. The food had a variety of healthy fruits and veggies, a protein, carb and prepared with tasty sauces, curries. Warm soup/stews or porridge was served at the beginning of each meal. Our crew was friendly, humble and met our needs in every way. The tents were always set up when we arrived and they appeared to be of very good quality and we had very warm sleeping bags. Warm coffee or tea was brought to us while we got ready for the day. That was a such nice touch. Also, our water bottles and back pack bladders were filled each morning. We felt very pampered. Each day while hiking we had beautiful views. With the daily climbing and acclimatizing we were prepared for summit day. We were able to make it to the top and accomplished our own personal dreams, but truly it was a group effort and each and every crew member had a special role in making our dream come true! Suffice to say other clients were REALLY jealous of our team and facilities. Golden Summit Adventures is the trekking company I would recommend. They were excellent, known for taking care of their employees and this is evident in the skill.

  Golden Summit Adventures was a great choice for our 10 days honeymoon in Tanzania! The coordination with planning was top-notch, with Elly (our coordinator) helping us plan the perfect experience for us. He was incredibly professional and quickly responded to e-mails at all hours of the day. Golden team went above and beyond and was another reason why our trek was so enjoyable and memorable. They helped us practice our Swahili and spent time getting to know us. They also were able to accommodate my severe peanut allergy without hesitation and they baked a surprise cake for my wife's birthday on the mountain--SO COOL!! Speaking of food; A very good ‘stomach engineer’ we ate the best of our lives on the mountain. And of course, Kili itself was absolutely incredible!! Speaking of Summit; The team also made sure that we were prepared for summit night, even though it was challenging, Team helped us get to Uhuru Peak and have fun while doing it! We had great views and loved every second of it. How wonderful our Honeymoon days in Safari.? Our guide Agrey was incredible leading us through the safari, searching for the animals and sharing a lot of interesting information and fun facts! From first minute to last was always smiling and happy to help us with everything. We see EVERYTHING and a huge part of that was of course down to luck and Agrey getting us to these places with his eagle eye. During the safari Agrey was preparing lovely picnics with very tasty food ready from the lodges. We had a great experience eating and open Champaign in Serengeti, surrounded by hundreds of wildebeests. Although there are hundreds of other companies, my wife and I can say with 100% certainty that Golden Summit Adventures is the BEST company out there! We had an incredible experience and a huge part of that experience was because of the Golden summit team. The support and comfort of mind from the company and trekking group was unbeatable. I would highly recommend going with Golden Summit Adventures to have a great and in-depth experience of Kilimanjaro and Safari. All trip was very well planned, and we needed only to enjoy the moment and not worry about a thing.

  Since we start contacting with Golden Summit Adventures, the information was really easy and we felt safe with all the process. Golden team was very professional and good at their job. Porters have been incredibly fast at carrying and packing. The cook Mapenzi managed to make a different and tasty meal every day in those conditions. With their support I managed to get to the top with my guide Mtey and Laraha and summit porter. They were very cheerful all the way while I was getting tired near the top We did not believe we could make it. But the team and our guides Mtey and Laraha made it possible. How we made it I will never know to be honest as we encountered storms all the way up to the top and all through the night. But we made it. All our experience since day one we schedule out trip until the last day in Moshi Elly; was close to us making sure everything was ok. We will definitely visit them again. The experience was life changing and I recommend Golden Summit Adventures to all who plan on visiting Tanzania and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

  All of the coordinating took place with Elly. He helped to organize our trip; he gave us all the information we needed such as vaccinations, packing list and trip details. After arriving Kilimanjaro Airport in Moshi we meet our driver waiting for us and we went to the hotel. That is where we met our guides; they gave us a briefing for what would be going on for the rest of our trip along with a health check. Health checks were Oxygen levels and heart rate tests as well as questions each day about how we felt. We got health checks every morning of our trek. Golden Summit Adventures they work as a team I have ever seen. They guide us up to the roof of AFRICA. The hike was very well organized, the guides Mtei and Laraha was very friendly, competent, and flexible. It was my first time hiking and sleeping at such a high altitude, and yet with the guides' advice and encouragement. The hike was tough, but I definitely wouldn't have made it without the support of the guides and the whole team. I'm very impressed by their physical strength and their calm throughout all the way. We couldn't believe how strong the porters are, carrying their own gear along with all the rest of the gear. I had a great tour experience; I get to meet a new friend that we chatted all through. It was a great experience for me. Our campsites were always set up and waiting for us when we ended our days hike always we was reach at the camp late and we always had 3 hot meals a day. This was incredible being on a mountain. The food was absolutely incredible, our whole family loved everything. Before 3 months I selected them to guide us up to the top of Africa....this are well known company we trust to make a trip to Africa with any one....we enjoyed every moment with my family. Highly recommend GOLDEN SUMMIT ADVENTURES and especially our team and guides Laraha, Mtei and all Golden team.

  We had an amazing experience climbing Kilimanjaro with Golden Summit Adventures. Our trip was perfectly arranged and pleasant thanks to these two highly-experienced, humorous and considerate guides. The route is challenging but with the guides advice and support we did it. They were constantly offering to help with things, refilling my water, offering tea/coffee, after reach camp they come back to help our daypack then slowly up the camp and they are very polite. The cook in particular was really great, I am still amazed at how he managed to cook such good meals in this climate. The food portions were also super generous and most of the time I couldn't finish the meals. We would definitely recommend Golden Summit Adventures and would wish to repeat the trip with the them. Because we enjoyed spending time with all the people so much, we ended our trip with a shared lunch with beers with playing music.

  We were on a 7 day hike through the Lemosho route and we couldn't have asked for better team, with an outstanding team of Laraha (guide). Professional, proud of their work, thoughtful, funny, and always happy. I would happily go anywhere with this team (Golden Summit Adventures). We're so glad we picked them, and also so glad that we did the 7 day Lemosho route. They organized a great hotel for the night and we were driven around by a great driver who was willing to take us anywhere we needed to go. The entire trip was very well prepared, organized and executed. On the summit night/day, we received amazing support from our guides and porters in order to ensure we accomplished our goals and they helped us come down safely despite our exhaustion. It was a big pleasure and I would always do this trip again with Golden Summit Adventures. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Golden Summit Adventures to anyone who need to do trip in Kilimanjaro

  We really had a great experience with Golden Summit climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro from the first day we inquired until the last day! The whole team was AMAZING; the guides, superb porters and wonderful cook who provided us with nutritious and very tasty meals three times a day throughout the trek. Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro with Golden Summit was an incredible once a life time experience for me and my husband, we're thankful that I made the right choice and picked the Golden Summit as my trekking mate to making our dream come true!

  We chose Golden Summit Adventures because; first from the first email they delivered an outstanding service, great information and incredibly speedy replies to all our questions and needs. Our days on the trek felt like a luxury experience as our amazing waiter made sure nothing was missing throughout our days. We were blessed with the best team. Lemosho route is stunning looking back and hearing about the other routes I would pick this route again since you walk around the Kili and get to see this mountain from different angles as you make your way all the way up this gives you more resting and acclimatization time to really appreciate nature and the beauty of this experience.….highly recommend it! I would also like to dearly thank the entire team for their help with all the troubles and unexpected changes in our trip due to the current Corvid-19 situation. Picking Golden Summit Adventures is definitely the right choice no matter what plans for Tanzania you have!

  Having never booked with a tour operator before, this company gave me a peace of mind as they arranged all the activities within our specific time frame. Meals and snacks were hearty and absolutely delicious. A favorite treat was getting into camp at the end of the day, having all tents and our luggage all set up, then having hot drinks waiting for us. Guides were extremely knowledgeable and tailored each day according to our specific needs. I can't say enough on the crews. Without them, I didn't think we would reach to the top. Their help and encouragement were excellent. I just want to say that Golden Summit Adventures made it so easy to arrange a 7 day hike to Mount Kilimanjaro. My friend and I always felt at home with our guides and mountain crew. The porters and guides were incredible, they were always ready for us. We have 6 people with the same bags and they never made a single mistake in putting the wrong bag in the tents. Once again, we would like to thanks Golden Summit Adventures for this amazing experience.
