  My recent trip to Tanzania, organized by Habari Adventures, perfectly balanced massive natural landscapes with an extraordinary level of personal service and detail. It was truly a trip of two halves: the arduous Kilimanjaro climb and the dynamic Serengeti safari, both handled with world-class professionalism. ​The trek up Kili was a masterclass in logistics and safety management. Choosing the more scenic route meant we relied entirely on the mountain crew, and they were flawless. Our guides were more than just route-finders—they were highly knowledgeable experts on the local ecology and specialists in altitude health. Their conservative, educational approach to ascent protocols turned what could have been a painful physical challenge into a surprisingly controlled and enjoyable experience. ​The luxury of the camps at extreme altitude was astonishing. The field kitchen produced restorative, gourmet meals, and the team managed to set up full-service campsites that provided genuine sanctuary from the elements. The tireless dedication of the porters, however, remains the most powerful memory of the entire ascent—their energy and good spirits were inspirational. ​Transitioning from the cold mountain air to the heat of the Northern Circuit was seamless. The safari portion, covering the Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti plains, proved Habari’s commitment to quality didn't end on the mountain. We were provided with a superb, customized viewing vehicle. Our driver and spotter were experts who seemed to have an almost intimate connection with the environment, navigating with an intuitive sense of where the action would be. They ensured we were positioned perfectly, yet respectfully, to witness the iconic African wildlife. ​Habari Adventures consistently delivered a premium, high-quality adventure. They are true experts who not only facilitate access to Africa's wonders but also maintain a deep ethical standard. I wholeheartedly recommend them as the finest curators of the Tanzanian wilderness.

  My Trip to Kilimanjaro In October, a squad of proud Kenyans (plus me, the unofficial team comedian) decided to tackle Mount Kilimanjaro—because why should only our problems be on another level? 😅 Thanks to the incredible Habari Adventure team, the whole experience turned into the kind of story you tell your grandkids… or at least brag about on WhatsApp status. We chose the 5-day Northern Circuit Route, not only because it offers better acclimatization, but also because the views were so beautiful they almost made us forget how tired we were. Almost. From lush forests to freezing nights that made us question our life choices, the route gave us everything! Massive shoutout to Stan and his office crew who spent months organizing our chaos into an actual itinerary. On the mountain, we were guided and babysat by Leon, Jackson, and Ray, who somehow managed to keep us moving even when we were ready to pretend we had “network issues” and turn back. Our chef Thomas and his assistants were true heroes—serving food so good we swore he had WiFi access to Kenyan recipes even at 4,000 meters. After the climb, because we clearly hadn’t had enough adventure, we went for a five-day safari, where our guides Michael, Octavian, and Gabriel made sure we met the Big 5—both the animals AND the prices at the gift shops. We also got to enjoy Maasai culture, and some of us tried jumping like Maasai warriors… let’s just say it’s harder than it looks on TikTok. Then we crowned the whole experience with five sunny, stress-free days in Zanzibar, where the hotels were beautiful, the food was heavenly, and the vibes were “please don’t take me back to real life.” Honestly, everything—from organization, hotels, food, culture, and the pure comedy of our group—was top-tier. I recommend Habari Adventures 100%, no hesitation. Thank you, Stan, for making our dream come true—and for not blocking us after all our last-minute changes😂!

  As a team, we planned a work trip to tour Mount Kilimanjaro. We didn’t have much choice in which tour company to use, but after seeing glowing reviews praising Habari Adventures, we decided to give them a try. It turned out to be an incredible decision. We took the Northern Circuit Route, the newest and longest route, which offers panoramic views and excellent acclimatization. The guides were always respectful, calm, and reassuring, handling every situation with maturity and confidence. This experience exceeded our expectations, and we will always choose the Habari Adventures team for future trips.

  My trip on 2nd October took me to Lake Naivasha, and it turned out to be one of the most peaceful escapes I’ve ever had. Day 1 started with a boat ride across the lake, where I spotted hippos, eagles, and beautiful water birds. The calmness of the water alone felt therapeutic. Later in the day, I visited Crescent Island for a walking safari. It’s the only place where you can walk right next to giraffes, zebras, and gazelles without a vehicle a wild but peaceful experience. Day 2 was all excitement at Hell’s Gate National Park. We cycled between towering cliffs, explored the gorges, and even saw geothermal steam rising from the ground. The landscapes reminded me of scenes from The Lion King. Huge appreciation to the guide team they were friendly, informed, and kept the energy high the whole time.

  A FIVE DAY ADVENTURE UP MOUNT KILIMANJARO AS FROM 10TH TO 14TH OCTOBER. Day1: Arrival On the first day, we started our hike at Londorossi gate and we were introduced to our tour guides Vanessa and Mark from habari adventure.We rested in Mti Mkubwa Camp for the night. Day2:Mti Mkubwa camp to Shira plateau. The second day led us to the Shira Plateau, where the trees disappeared and wide open views replaced them. The sky felt endless, and the mountain’s peak looked closer than ever. Day3:Shira plateau to Barranco camp The third day was tough as we climbed to Lava Tower and then descended to Barranco Camp. The air was thinner,and most of us were tire ,but the breathtaking scenery kept us pushing . Day4:Barranco camp to Barafu camp . On the fourth day, we pushed on to Barafu Camp, our base for the summit. After a few hours of rest, we began the final climb at midnight. Day5:Barafu camp to the roof of Africa. Just before sunrise on the fifth day, I stood at Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. Watching the sun rise above the clouds made every struggle worth it. The descent back down was tiring but filled with joy and relief. When we finally reached the base of the mountain, we received our certificates and celebrated our success.

  I'm still in awe of beautiful memories created with HabariAdvantures, I discovered the true magic Tz-the magical Mt Kilimanjaro the African tallest mountain.A mountain that whispers adventure and echoes. Every moment with HabariAdvantures felt special, warm and full of adventure. The route ,Marungu route, was a blend of comfort and challenge, the scenic huts, lush forests and gradual paths.Thanks to HabariAdvantures reaching Uhuru peak felt smooth and magical. My September was such a vibe having taken a 3 day vacation. HabariAdvantures-a true adventure beyond limits

  This was a trip of a life time! We were a big group of 13 Aussies and had 3 drivers looking after us; Michael, Sebastian and Hillary. All three drivers made the experience more special as we felt very safe in the cars, they were very informative about the land and the animals (big 5 ✅!) and teaching us about the great migration. 1000% recommend Habari Adventures

  My friends and I booked with Habari a 3-day Meru trip, followed by a 6-day Kili climb and 5-day Safari. We were able to get off Kili one day ahead of schedule so we got a full day of cultural excursion at Materuni village for a beautiful waterfall trip, coffee making experience, local lunch and market visit. From day one with a pickup from the airport to our departure day, Habari pampered us with finest attention to details, accommodating our requests (sometimes last minute), impeccable services, genuine care at both the personal and professional levels. Without Habari’s amazing leadership and team, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy Tanzania the way I did.   My friends and I were supposed to do the 7-day Kilimanjaro trek and safari, but our flights out of the U.S. were delayed and no rebooking was available, so we changed our plans to additional days on our safari, and I’m so glad we did! Stan was extremely accommodating and helpful. We absolutely loved our Serengeti experience, the lodging (the Farm House was amazing!), and our driver and tour guide Moses.   We did the three day Safari at Serengueti and Nrogongoro Crater and we still can’t believe the incredible experience we had. From the start Stan was very friendly and accommodating arranging a program that worked for the time we had to do the safari. Communication and booking process were very easy and smooth. During the safari our driver Hillary and our cook, MK did the absolute best for us to have the best experience. They took such good care of us, preparing our camp and making us delicious meals. Hillary was outstanding, trying his best to make sure we saw the most amount of animals as possible. He was very knowledgeable and friendly the entire time. We can’t recommend Habari Adventure more and this will be an experience we will remember and cherish for the rest of our lives.
