Lake Natron
You will be picked up from your hotel after breakfast for a drive to lake Natron following the Rift Valley Escarpment northwards. Your drive passes through typical Masai land and soon Ol’doinyo Lengai – the holy mountain of the Masai – will appear in the distance before reaching the small Masai village of Ngare Sero. Enjoy a guided bush walk to Lake Natron, whose shores shimmer in pink as thousands of flamingos come to breed on the alkaline lake. Alternatively, you can choose to wander to the nearby waterfall to take a refreshing bath. You'll have picnic lunch in the afternoon and continue on an afternoon game drive where sunset is surreal. After the game drive, you will head to your accommodation for dinner and rest.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, we head along the crater rim to Seneto Gate on the western side and descends into the crater floor on an adventures path – what an impressive view! The Ngorongoro Crater provides a home for a vast number of animals because of its reliable water availability. Animals frequently move in and out. The number of wildebeests and zebras increases during the dry season, whereas the numbers of elands, elephants and water-bucks increase during the wet season. Search for the ‘Big Five‘ – buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion and the black rhinoceros. The crater is one of the only two places in Tanzania where you can still observe the highly threatened back rhinoceros. After intensive game viewing, stop for lunch in the afternoon and in the evening, you proceed to your accommodation in Karatu Town for dinner and rest.

Lake Eyasi
In the southwest corner of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is the beautiful Lake Eyasi, a soda lake that is fed by the Sibiti and Baray Rivers. Visiting the Eyasi lake is a different type of safari experience from those that you may be familiar with from your other Tanzania wilderness excursions. The region around Eyasi is the home of the Hadzabe and Datoga communities who continue their ancient lifestyle of hunting-gathering and pastoralism respectively. Visits to the villages give you a personal, intimate look into the daily life of these peoples. You may be impromptu invited into their homes, learn about the family structures, participate in traditional dances, participate in bead making with the women, join the traditional small game hunting and gathering by the Hadzabe tribesmen, make bow and arrows, and much more. Early evening drive to Arusha for overnight. You can be dropped off at the airport right after the tour or a day(s) after the tour.

Our private 7-day safari was an adventure that blended wild beauty, vibrant culture, and unforgettable encounters with the professional tour organizer Kibo Mawenzi Safaris. And undoubtedly their service was very hospitable and responsible as a Tanzania local tour operator. We started at Lake Natron. Joel our Very experienced guide, he was very super knowledgeable and very patient, explained us very well about the Tanzanian wildlife. Lake Natron welcomed us with a sense of calm and mystery. Nestled along the Rift Valley Escarpment, the lake's shimmering surface and stark landscape created an atmosphere unlike anything we'd seen before. It offered the perfect moment to appreciate nature’s more subtle expressions. Our next destination is Serengeti NP expansive, alive, and endlessly fascinating. Spending three nights in the park meant every sunrise and sunset became a highlight of its own. We watched lions dozing in tall grass, spotted elephants wandering in massive herds, and even caught a glimpse of the migration in motion. The vastness of the plains made us feel like part of something truly ancient. It was our perfect ending to an extraordinary adventure with Tanzanian cultural revolution. about the cultural revolution. Lake Eyasi added a meaningful cultural layer to the journey. Meeting the Hadzabe and Tindiga tribes was a privilege. Their connection to the land, their humor, and their openness turned the visit into one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Thank you Kibo for making our 7 days easy, safe and gorgeous.
