Damajagua Waterfalls
We offer a time of hiking through thick forests, crossing bridges and discovering the Dominican flora, before reaching the rocky top of a hill from where you will begin your journey down, jumping or sliding down a series of waterfalls. Safety gear is a must as you slide down padded water slides, or jump into deep turquoise pools. The way from the tour station to the waterfalls is 40 minutes, we offer a tour of the 7 main puddles so that they have an unforgettable and not so exhausting experience, children must be 8 years old or older to be able to do those 7 puddles of otherwise they could only walk the 40 minutes and stay in the first.

Fun experience, but group size was HUGE

3.00Aribel provided great instructions for meeting our driver from Taino Bay and we rode with one other family over to the falls. Our driver helped us get lifejackets and helmets, then left us to be lumped in with a gigantic group of at least 70 (really, I'm not exaggerating that number!) to go through the falls together with 2 guides. The falls were fun and cool and the guides were helpful when our two youngest didn't enjoy the sliding experience, but they were clearly rushing everyone along at the falls given the size of the group.. There was a lot of waiting time given the group size. Lunch afterwards was off-site with a much smaller group. It was food but nothing spectacular - some fried chicken, pork chops, rice, beans, and salad.

5.00This was the best thing myself and my kids could have done. The hike was beautiful, slight challenge but lots of breaks and not nearly as hard as I expected. The waterfall tour from start to finish was so beautiful and so much fun. The tour guides had the best energy we could have asked for and although a ton of people, they kept it so organized and moving. The lunch at the end was amazing!! Aribel our driver was also amazing. So sweet and helpful. Talked to us the whole ride. I would 100% do this tour again!!!

5.00We weren’t sure what to expect after reading. Few reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. The hike was enjoyable, a bit strenuous at times but the guides gave us a few breaks which was really good. The waterfall experience was top notch. The guides made the experience very safe and we even purchased the photographer so we didn’t have to worry about getting our phone wet or damaged. He made us feel like local celebrities. Once again, the meals afterwards was lovely and plentiful. Would recommend this adventure for all ages and reasonable level of fitness.

5.00Agapito and Osvaldo we’re great on the tour. The seven waterfalls were excellent. We also got to see where they make tobacco for cigars. That included lunch buffet was also good.

5.00We had so much fun. Make sure you wear shorts or leggings over bathing suit. The guides and photographer was so nice. The driver Jerry was amazing. He explained what to expect before going.

5.00Absolutely recommend this tour. Aribel and Yeury were great to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly. They were great with communication so we knew where to go. When you are at the starting point, after the drive, I recommend paying the money for the photos. They give you your own photographer and at the end we got 85 photos on a USB drive. They jump into the water ahead of you just to get the good shots! Well worth it. The hike to the waterfalls wasn’t too strenuous in my opinion. It was myself and my daughter and we felt safe the entire time. The lunch after was delicious! Please don’t hesitate to book this excursion. We will definitely be back and will do it again. 5.00Aribel was an absolutely amazing guide! We learned all about the places we were driving past and he made us feel safe and comfortable. The rest of the guides on the tour were also fun and the adventure was exactly what we were looking for!
