  I spent a lot of time researching and contacting different tour agencies before choosing Nafika Tours, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. From the very beginning, the owner Elias stood out as the most responsive and helpful among all the companies I contacted. He was quick to answer questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and was extremely flexible in helping us plan an itinerary that fit our schedule. In the end, we booked two trips with Nafika — a Safari tour and a Kilimanjaro trek — both customized to our travel plans and offered at very reasonable prices. The entire process was smooth and well organized. Our safari guide Kevin was outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what he does. Throughout the safari he shared fascinating insights about the wildlife, the local culture, and his own perspective as a Maasai, which made the experience far richer and more meaningful than just spotting animals. The Kilimanjaro team was equally amazing. The guides and porters took exceptional care of us every day — checking our health condition regularly, preparing meals with great attention, and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the trek. Their dedication, kindness, and optimistic spirit were truly inspiring and helped make the challenging climb much more enjoyable. Thanks to Nafika, our safari and Kilimanjaro experiences were not only well organized but also deeply memorable. I would highly recommend Nafika Tours to anyone planning a trip to Tanzania.   Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with Nafika Tours was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. The guides and porters were incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the entire journey. A special thanks to our guides, Benzen and Eli, who made it possible for us to reach the summit and encouraged us every step of the way. The team was also very flexible and thoughtful. Two of us in the group were vegetarians, and they always made sure we had plenty of great food options. Overall, an amazing experience and I would absolutely recommend booking with them

  Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro was the most physically and mentally demanding, yet exhilarating experience of my life. The scenery on the mountain is truly incomparable every day brings a new and breathtaking landscape. A few pieces of advice for anyone planning this adventure: Train well. Prepare as if your life depends on it… because in some ways, it might. If you are advised to pack something, bring it. There is a reason for every item on the packing list, and you will likely need it. Most importantly, choose Nafika Tours as your guide. They are truly head and shoulders above the rest. I highly recommend doing the 7 or 8-day trek (I did the 8-day Lemosho Route), as the extra time greatly helps with acclimatization. At the summit, there is only about 50% of the oxygen compared to sea level, so giving your body time to adjust makes a huge difference. What makes Nafika Tours special? They provide a portable toilet, which might not sound important at first but believe me, you will be incredibly grateful to have a clean toilet close to your tent, especially with the amount of water and food you are encouraged to consume during the climb. Their team is completely focused on your safety and helping you reach the summit while avoiding altitude sickness. At the same time, they are friendly, supportive, and great fun to be around, while always staying attentive to your needs. Little comforts make a big difference on the mountain like a hot coffee delivered to your tent in the morning and a bowl of warm water twice a day to freshen up. Every member of the team was honest, hardworking, fun, and dedicated. Their teamwork created a truly professional, supportive, and flawless experience.   Nafika tour perfection with smile! We set off in 4 60-year-olds, three friends and Leonardo called the man with three wives to the Northern Route to climb Kilimanjaro. Among many we chose Nafika tour because it consists only of local people and we believe it is right so .... and they were just perfect. You cannot find a better agency! From the beginning they were attentive always available with joy and a smile, even when it was cold, even when it rained ice, even at 4,700 meters. Our guides Justin and Frank have arranged well-calibrated stops so you arrive at the camp every day in time for a hot meal before resting. What about the surprise of a table with hot tea, cookies and popcorn behind a rock for a refreshing break along the way before arriving at the night camp .... Hot water for washing face and hands every day up to 4,700 meters!!!! Like helping us take off our backpacks as soon as we get there... or waking up to a hot coffee in the tent every morning. Many thanks to our guides Justin and Frank, prepared and reliable, always available and ready to encourage and spur us on in all stages but especially during the summit night! It’s only thanks to these amazing 14 people that we made it!!!!! Above all thanks for their warmth their smiles and their humanity. Thank you Nafika, you led us to UHURU PEAK and you will remain in our hearts!

  I joined the 7-Day Lemosho Route this December as a solo climber, alongside seven other guests, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Our lead guide, Innocent, along with assistant guides Efatha, Aloyce, and Philberth, were outstanding. From day one, the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ensuring that everyone felt supported and comfortable. Summit day was a challenge, but Efatha and Jacob kept our spirits up by singing through the quiet night, something we noticed many other groups did not have, and it made a real difference. A heartfelt thank-you to Priver for consistently preparing warm, nourishing meals that kept us energized; to Jackson and Abel for their thoughtful service, always bringing hot tea to our tents in the mornings; to Noel and Jacob for their support on the ascent to summit; to Rizik and Said for selecting our campsites everyday; and to Maxmillian and Osward for maintaining the toilets. Above all, immense appreciation to every porter on the crew, whose hard work and constant smiles never went unnoticed.   A truly outstanding experience! This was an incredibly beautiful and authentic local experience. The porters were exceptionally friendly and worked unbelievably hard—truly nothing was too much to ask. They did everything with a smile and made sure we lacked nothing. Choosing a private tour made the experience even more unique and personal. During the hike, we were treated to luxurious breaks with chairs and a small table, along with warm drinks such as tea, coffee, and hot chocolate—an unexpected luxury along the way. The chef even came to speak with us personally to discuss our own customized menu, which made the service feel extra special. We had two highly capable guides, with one guide per person, ensuring maximum guidance, safety, and comfort. The organization was also flawless: reliable and punctual transfers to and from the hotel, the airport, and the starting point of the hike. What stood out most was the strong group spirit—clearly a team that knows each other well, can rely on one another, and does their work with visible joy and pride.   Hiked as couple, since arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, everything was taken care of. Got the best guides with amazing crew, everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful. On the mountain it felt like it's all inclusive stay. Can only highly recommend to choose Nafika if you are planning to climb Kilimanjaro.

  We booked our Kilimanjaro tour with Nafika and this was the best decision we made. We decided to climb via the Lemosho route 8 days, which was our second best decision. Our guide Benson came to pick us up the day before the trecking journey began, so that we can rent all the stuff we needed in an outdoor store. He helped us pick the good clothes and gear and that was so precious to know that we had the proper clothes, even more for the summit night. We meet the rest of our team (assistant guide, chef, porters etc …) the morning of the next day, before heading to the gate. We couldn’t expect to have a better team than this one. Everyone was smiling and made us the most confortable that we could get. We were so amazed by the organisation. It is hard to realize how the chef is preparing these delicious meals in the national park, in these altitudes … All the tents, dinning table, toilet were ready everyday when we were arriving on camps after hiking … this is 5 stars organisation ! We are also conviced that we had the best guides ( Benson & Efata ) during the treck. We learned few sentences of Swahili, learned a lot about the nature of the park and the mountain environnement. The guides always had something to teach us, everyday! During summit night, they were singing for us during the whole climb while we were struggling to fall asleep. They were the only ones doing this and this gave us so much motivation. Nafika is a local company and we could really feel the difference. We even got some tea breaks at halfway of the hike almost every day, this is luxuary 🙏 Elias, Nafika’s boss is very responsive and will answer all the question that you could have before arriving. I will recomand Nafika 100% to anyone that is planning to climb Kilimanjaro.
