This 8-day Serengeti safari exceeded all our expectations. Traveling as a family, we wanted to do something adventurous but relaxing - and this itinerary struck that balance perfectly. October was an ideal time, and crossing the Mara River was the absolute highlight. The drama, anticipation and raw beauty of nature left us speechless. Each game drive felt unique, with expert guidance that made the animal sightings meaningful rather than rushed. We enjoyed that the trip was not just about the wildlife but also about the culture-visiting local communities which added a strong human connection to the journey. The days were well-paced, sometimes tiring and always exciting. The lodges and camps were warm, welcoming and offered stunning views of the wilderness. Our children were fully engaged throughout, learning while having fun with our perfect guide.
