After your breakfast a local knowledgeable guide will meet you at your accommodation to begin a day full of fascinating sights. Marrakech, a former imperial city, is a major economic center and home to many mosques, palaces, and gardens. The densely packed, walled medieval city dates from the 12th century of the Berber Empire. Your guide will take you through the medina, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, to experience the sensory-stimulating souks—exotic spices, vibrant materials, and beautiful metal works are just a few of the many souks you will see. You will also visit sites of historical and cultural interest, including the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Ben Youssef Madrasa, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. Lunch will be at a recommended restaurant. After lunch, you will be driven through the new city to visit the beautiful gardens of Majorell.

After breakfast, you will be picked up to escape the bustle of Marrakech and drive to the rocky desert of Agafay. Along the way, you will experience the beautiful scenery of the Moroccan countryside. There is also an option for a self-drive, 2-hour quad-biking adventure sometime during the day. There will be a stop for lunch, and later in the afternoon you will embark on your camel ride to enjoy a beautiful sunset and the tranquility of the desert.

Essaouira
After breakfast, you will drive approximately 3 hours to the charming town Essaouira. After arriving in Essaouira you will be met by our local guide ,as he will take you to the fishing port with its bustling fish market and through the medina where you will learn more of the town’s fascinating history and see many artisans at work including the thuya (a local wood) carvers. lunch at the fish market inside the heart of the medina . In the late afternoon, we will return to Marrakech.

High Atlas Mountains
today you will experience breathtaking scenery and fascinating views of the highest mountain in north Africa, “Jbel Toubkal”, as we will drive to the Atlas Mountains via Tahnnaout and Berber villages before arriving at Asni. There will be several stops for photographs as we pass through several valleys - the Tahnnaout valley, the Moulay Brahim Gorges, and the Ourika valley, one of the most stunning and attractive valleys in Morocco. You will have the option for a 2-hour hike to the waterfall in the area and see Barbary Apes in their natural environment. After lunch, we will return to Marrakech.

After breakfast, you will be picked up and taken to your Moroccan cooking class which begins around 10 AM. This unique cooking class experience will teach you the techniques for preparing Moroccan dishes such as Tagine and couscous. You will learn to prepare either an appetizer and a main dish or a main dish and dessert. The cooking school is designed with easy–to use modern equipment found in every kitchen. In the afternoon you will be driven back to your hotel for some personal time. At an agreed upon time, you will be picked up and taken for your 2-hour hammam experience. An experienced attendant will give you an incredible and enjoyable massage. Afterwards, we will take you back to your hotel. Overnight accommodation in a hotel or riad BB.

Today you will experience breathtaking scenery and the fascinating views of the Atlas Mountains. After breakfast we will drive approximately 2 hours through authentic Berber villages and the mountains to the famous Ouzoud waterfalls an area of peace and calm in contrast to Marrakech. There will be ample opportunities for photographic stops along the way. After we arrive at the waterfalls an experienced mountain guide will take you for a 2 hour hike through the area. Following the hike we will stop for lunch before heading back to Marrakech.

5.00Mr Hamid Boujouija was a great guide and driver. The car was very good and confortable. Mr Hamid too care of us to have everything we need and he has very good knowledges about the history and traditions in Marocco. It was a interesting and very nice holiday for us. Thank you Mr Hamid!

5.00Hamid was more than excellent. We had a group of 5 people with kids between the ages of 17-25. He was very organized, made sure we saw everything, reached everywhere on time , hired excellent guides in every place, the hotels he chose were excellent. He even helped us order food when the menu was in French and we were lost. He treated the kids with respect and love. They loved him and got a couple of life lessons from him too. The dessert camp, camel ride, ATV back, hot air balloon ride were all organized so well. Everything went without a hitch. We are so happy. At no point did we feel uncomfortable, unsafe or not with family. Thankyou so so much , Hamid. We will definitely see you again to see the northern part of your beautiful country.

5.00I starting planning this trip several months ago. My wife has wanted to go to Morocco for years. Initially we looked at booking though an agency in the USA but was coming out to be super-expensive. Then i started doing my research via travel groups on Facebook and came across Meta Adventures. I was referred to Hamid since his brother was booked. Hamid responded right away via WhatsApp. Communication with him from the USA was always easy with him responding back in a reasonable time. We booked the 8 Day 7 night tour of Morocco starting in Casablanca at a very reasonable price. After Casablanca we went to Rabat -Volubilis-Fes-Merzouga Desert Camp-Toudra Valley-Dades Valley-Ouarzazate-Ait ben haddou kasbah-Marrakech and back to Casablanca for the return flight. Our Driver-Guide Hamid was professional , friendly , knowledgeable . The 8-9 car rides on a couple of days would not feel long because he would be telling us all about the history and culture of the people and places as we would drive through them and he would stop at multiple places along the way . He booked us in 4-5 start hotels/Riads which were just amazing. He hired guides for several places which were excellent. He also looked up authentic restaurants for us to eat at. He joined us for dinner on multiple nights and he was like part of our family . Anything extra we wanted to do , Hamid would make it happen . I would highly recommend using Hamid for a trip to Morocco . We definitely will be going back to explore more of his beautiful country and people. Hamid will be waiting for us. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

5.00Mr Hamid is such a warm personality And highly motivated person. He speaks excellent english. We learned alot from him about morocco History And culture. The accomodations he chose for us were fantastic. We could not have asked for more tbh. Having To travel by car constantly moving between cities was definitely tiring But we enjoyed every bit of it all respect for Hamid who does a great job there.His efforts And patience are truly commendable, a true example of excellent guide. He will go extra mile for you To make sure that you are comfortable. Many Thanks for everything. We will be back again soon. Highly recommend!

5.00Hamid is a top notch guy. He is all about making sure that you are comfortable and goes the extra mile to make sure you thoroughly enjoy each and every site. Our trip was a few years back, but the memories are all positive. I highly recommend Hamid and his brother to anyone who wants to get a real feel for Morocco and avoid the many hassles of a large tour company. We are experienced season travelers who know a great guide when we see one.
