A huge thank you to Mr. Bete Mengistu, the General Manager of Golan Tours Ethiopia. His attention to detail, professionalism, and personal care made the whole experience smooth and worry-free. He stayed in touch throughout the trip to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We traveled in a new, air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle — clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which was especially important for the long drives through the region. Our guide was outstanding — very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He shared so much about the history, culture, and traditions of the tribes we visited, including the Hamar, Mursi, Karo, and Konso people. The hotels and lodges were excellent — clean, well-located, and offered great food and service. We were truly impressed with the standard of accommodation in such remote areas.
