  We had a wonderful good week with Nirmal. He has not only been a driver, but also a tour guide for us. Everything was perfectly organized. From airport pick-up to accommodation and activities. He organized everything in such a way that we were able to decide quite spontaneously. There was a proposed program, but it was also no problem to incorporate our own activities that we had already booked into the program. Everything was then organized around it accordingly. Nirmal always had good ideas for restaurants (vegetarian wasn't a problem at all) and fulfilled us every wish; a coconut at the booth, some snacks, ATM; no matter what we need, we were taken there. On the drive we had nice conversations and talked a bit about the different countries. I highly recommend that you plan your trip with Nirmal as well. Communicate early enough what is important to you and what you want to see and you will have an unforgettable holiday. And if you don't have a plan, you'll get more than enough suggestions. Have fun!

  My recent trip to Sri Lanka was nothing short of beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly organized. From the moment the journey began until the final drop-off, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged. If I had to describe it in one line — I didn’t just visit Sri Lanka, I experienced it. The Beauty of the Island Sri Lanka truly lives up to its reputation as the “Pearl of the Indian Ocean.” The lush greenery, serene beaches, misty hills, and cultural landmarks create a perfect balance between relaxation and exploration. Whether it was driving through scenic mountain roads or walking along calm coastal stretches, every location felt like it had its own story to tell. Exceptional Driver & Guidance One of the biggest highlights of the trip was our driver. He was not just a driver — he was a guide, a protector, and a genuinely kind human being. Always punctual, polite, and patient, he ensured we were comfortable at every stage. His knowledge about local spots, culture, and hidden gems made the experience richer. What stood out most was his calm and confident driving, especially on winding hill roads. At no point did we feel unsafe or stressed. That level of professionalism makes a huge difference in a foreign country. Service & Hospitality The service throughout the trip was excellent. From hotel arrangements to travel coordination, everything was well planned. The hospitality of the people in Sri Lanka deserves special mention — warm smiles, respectful behavior, and a genuine eagerness to help. The overall coordination showed attention to detail. There were no last-minute confusions, no unnecessary waiting, and no stress. That kind of seamless experience allows you to truly enjoy the destination instead of worrying about logistics. Food & Comfort The food options were diverse and satisfying. From local Sri Lankan flavors to familiar Indian dishes, everything was easily accessible. As someone who prefers vegetarian options, I was happy to find good choices without difficulty. Comfort was never compromised. Final Thoughts If someone asks me whether this trip was worth it — absolutely yes. It was refreshing, memorable, and extremely well managed. The driver’s professionalism and the overall service quality elevated the entire experience. Sri Lanka gave me peace, beauty, and wonderful memories.   Amazing Sri Lanka Trip – April 2025 I had an unforgettable trip to Sri Lanka from 12–21 April 2025! We visited Sigiriya, went on a village safari, took a thrilling jeep safari, enjoyed the famous Ella train ride, saw the Nine Arch Bridge, and explored Nuwara Eliya and Kandy. The food was delicious, the landscapes were stunning, and the people were incredibly warm and friendly. Most locals spoke Sinhalese, but communication was still easy thanks to their hospitality. A big thank you to Kemi Tours and especially Nirmal for their warm welcome and excellent service — they made the whole trip smooth and memorable.   Recently I took tour with Nirmal for 8 days 7 night.. I had an experience travelling with him.He speaks a good English,he knows all the routes, provided good hotels.Anytime,if not satify wiry the hotel,he quickly changes another hotel..He really priorities customers satisfaction.I need to make a small changes in my itinerary,He immediately changes according to my need..He additionally provides transport,if you need to go anywhere.He did not ask for any additional payment..He respect and made my family feel secured travelling with him.He is so jovial person to travel with.I left all my staff in the car,when we go visit temples etc,he very responsible taking care of things..He also able to recommend us good restaurants & shopping etc..The tour package he charges was so cheap and affordable compare to other tour agencies I surveyed..I will definitely travel with him again… with love ❤️ (sarii @ Malaysia )
