From the meeting point at Playa Blanca in Puerto Jiménez, we will walk to the Corcovado National Park, located on the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica, it is an oasis of life that will leave you breathless. Considered one of the most biodiverse places on the planet, this natural paradise is home to an amazing area where we will observe all the wealth of flora and fauna, equivalent to between 2.5% and 3% of the world's biodiversity.

5.00The Corcovado really lives up to its reputation: incredible wildlife to discover after an hour of really fun boating! We even saw whales on the way back!! The only precision we lacked: no pontoon on arrival at the Sirena, provide water shoes because very rocky.

5.00We just returned from a wonderful day spent in Corcovado National Park in Costa Rica. The tour was provided by Golfo Dulce Tour Operator. Our VRBO host connected us to Rommel when we arrived at the house outside of Puerto Jimenez. We were having trouble confirming our plans with two companies recommended in our travel guide. Rommel spoke with me at length on the phone describing the different tour options. We had to have our tour within two days as our time was short. That was no problem. Rommel booked our tour and provided excellent communications with all the arrangements. We felt a little vulnerable not going with the recommended tours but ended up being very satisfied. Our tour guide, Mel, was excellent. He communicated with precision in English, offered informative background on all the flora and fauna we discovered, demonstrating expertise in the job he is passionate about. Mel was incredible at finding wildlife, from rare birds to the larger mammals. He took the time to set up his viewing telescope for us to get close-up to the animal, and used it to take many stunning pictures for us on our phones. Some of our encounters did not require magnification. Mel knew where to look to get us close. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for our family and we are so pleased with our experience. I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to share this information so others would have more choice when booking tours here.

5.00Leader and very attentive Guide that allowed us to observe a good fifteen species in their wild environment. Respected timing with a welcome meal before heading out to sea.

5.00We enjoyed our tour with Bolivar. We had some hiccups but Bolivar was very attentive to resolving our issues and making the most of our day. Would recommend.
