Soar above stunning Hawaiian rain forest filled with cascading waterfalls and a rambling river on the ultimate zipline adventure. Enjoy a 2-hour, guided course featuring nine exhilarating ziplines: four dual Iines (so you can race a friend) and five single lines. Take in stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Big Island as you glide through the sky. Entrance fees and all required equipment are included.

Guest will drive up to our location and check-in at our Visitor Center. Next, a staff member will call the group together and go over a brief orientation. Once done, the staff member will walk the tour a short distance to the gear-up area. There, the tour will meet their guide, go over a brief safety orientation, get into their gear and load up into vans. Our drivers will then take the guests to the top of our property where they will go over a final safety speech and then proceed down our 9-Line guided course. The final line ends at the Visitor Center where the guest checked in. This tour can take 2-2.5 hours depending on the size of the group and the weather.

5.00It was a great day packed with sights and information. We loved having Big Mike show us pridefully the community he grew up in. A good overview of local culture and history. Big Mike is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He’s the unofficial mayor of Hilo! Seems to know someone at every corner. We highly recommend this tour.

5.00The views were beautiful and It was extremely fun. I was so excited to go zip lining and it did not disappoint. If you aren’t it super good shape and you are worried that it’ll be too tiring you shouldn’t worry because it’s super easy. You just have some stairs, slight inclines or declines but nothing too strenuous. I feel the group size wasn’t too bad. Definitely welcoming to all different ages.

5.00We did the Zip Line. They run this rain or shine. We were staying on the other side of the island and didn't check weather so we're unprepared for the rain. They provided panchos which were clutch and shows great service. We have been to a few zip lines across the islands and the views here were just simply legendary. Despite the rain, this was easily our favorite. I think the rain actually made the lines move a little faster. Would easily do it again.

4.00Activity was pretty much as advertised. We weren’t told to be there 30-45 min early so got called that we were late. Suggest that info be sent with the waiver info

5.00Umauma Zip Line Experience is for all who visit the Big Island of Hawaii. WHY? Employees treat you with Aloha & as Ohana. 9 well planned platforms for one of best scenic views of Hawaii. With WELL above average in everything from communication, facilities, quality of equipment and safety measures. All the staff were amazing! Kypp and his crew were outstanding guides. Mahalo for another great time with all of you!! See you next time.
