5.00We had an amazing time in the lost close with our very knowledgeable guide Eleanor. She choose great whiskys for us and gave us a lot of great information and history about the whisky regions. My partner said he liked Peaty whiskey and she pulled some great ones for him. The close is such a cool place to sit and enjoy good drinks and good company. It's so moody and has great historical vibes.

5.00Three of us did the Connoisseur experience here and absolutely loved it. Our host Eleanor was a great storyteller and took us on a historical tour of Scotland's whisky producing regions, bringing us some great drams as we went. It was a fairly international crew - English, Americans, Scots and Kiwis - and we all loved it. It's quite an intimate experience in a really quirky space, packed with history. I would thoroughly recommend this experience if you are visiting Edinburgh and want to learn more about Scottish history, drink some great whisky or just have a great experience.

5.00We had so much fun! Eleanor was extremely knowledgeable and her wicked, dry sense of humour added to the fabulous experience (as did the fiddle!) The range of whiskies was perfect and the history of the place added to the incredible intimate atmosphere. We would highly recommend
