A photo opportunity stop at the old bridge in the Highlands: The Old Packhorse Bridge (1717), in the village.
During our drive on the Snow Roads Scenic Route, we will stop at The Watchers, which offers a unique opportunity for photography, with the sculptural forms set against the dramatic backdrop of the Cairngorms and Corgarff Castle. Situated at an elevation of 637 meters above sea level, The Watchers comprises four sculptural cowls made from folded steel, each sheltering a larch wood seat. Just take a deep breath and relax!

5.00Claudia was amazing and quite frankly one of the most knowledgeable and polite guides we have ever had in any of our trips around the world (Machu Picchu, Italy, London, etc). We’re from America, so finding a guide that could welcome us in for our first trip to Scotland was important. We were traveling with a 17 year old and a 9 year old and Claudia was incredible with our children. She was engaging and entertaining and went out of her way to make sure the kids had a great time. She even snuck in a couple places that weren’t in the original itinerary. Claudia was so knowledgeable about the history of the sites and the historical timeline. We learned so much. But most importantly, she treated us and spoke to us as if we were family and I genuinely appreciate that. Highly recommend 10/10. Thank you, thank you, thank you Claudia.
