Gorgeous vineyards, delectable food and (of course) top-notch vino – these are the essentials of a wine vacation.

Enjoy 5-hour wine and food tasting tour in the Czech countryside. Leave Prague and take in unique volcanic shape landscape. Travel comfortly by vehicle. Explore the most beautiful wineyards around. The first is on the basalt rock under the gothic castle with amazing lookouts. The second is on marl with two centuries old, magic Jewish cemetery inside the wineyard. During the trip the guide will inform you about winemaking, the Czech history including cultural and natural attractions. All questions will be answered. In wine we offer mostly Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, St. Laurent, Muller Thurgau and Gewurztraminer. Welcome drink and three samples waiting you. Small group of max 8 guests is the best number for your comfort.

No other expenses needed! Your trip includes a guide, hotel pickup, drop-off, lunch and wine tasting. You can buy wine for your archive too.

You get to experience an easy going trip in an off-road car with a local guide, who knows the best places you won't find in travel books and will be there for you and your questions. Relax on a 1-hour drive to the starting point, where you meet your guide. See the stunning lookouts of the volcanoes and distant mountains. After lunch in a local restaurant, discover a mysterious Jewish cemetery, hidden in a middle of a vineyard, and a medieval castle standing just above another one. The local tour guide and its narration will make your trip unforgettable and unusual experience. He will tell you all there is to know about the life in the Czech countryside and answer all your questions. When you don't have any more of them, the driver will take you back to your hotel, usualy around 5 pm. We had a wonderful time visiting Johanna W Winery. The winery itself is beautiful and the wines were delicious. Petr was our guide and he was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and had a delightful sense of humor. We went for a delicious lunch at a local cafe and then headed to the vineyards where the grapes were just days away from being ready to pick. We highly recommend this tour and suggest requesting Petr as your guide!

Peter met us at the winery/ vineyard. From the start his hospitality was fabulous. He provided great information on the wine, nice tour of the vineyards, drove us to a local lunch place, and walked around the base of medieval ruins. A wonderful day outside of Prague!

An amazing opportunity for a day trip outside of Prague! The nature is absolutely stunning, and Martin is a knowledgeable, passionate guide—his enthusiasm is truly contagious. The wines were delicious and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this experience! 💯

A fantastic day that I highly recommend to anyone. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and interesting not only about wines but about the areas history and current matters. The lunch stop was picturesque and the food delicious. I would be very keen to take another one of their tours.

Cannot say enough good things about this experience! We had the best day with Petr and Marketa! Our day began with an hour drive to the winery, which was a bit confusing since the driver was not directly part of the tour but he dropped us off safely at Johann Winery and picked us up right on time! We spent the day learning so much from Petr and Marketa about the wine itself, the history of the winery and area, including a beautiful drive around the vineyard and Jewish Cemetery on site and included a delicious and authentic lunch we are still talking about! We truly cannot say enough about Petr and Marketa's knowledge, kindness and love of what they do, this made our entire trip! 1000000/10!

Marketa and Petr were amazing! We booked a private tour and the two of them opened the winery just for us. The wine tastings were very good and included an extensive education by Petr, an excellent Sommelier. We also were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, which is a beautiful place to host a variety of events. In addition, they drove us around the local area and took us to an amazing lunch in a nearby small town. Furthermore, we toured a section of the different vineyards that the winery maintains. The day we went, there was quite a bit of fog and Marketa went out of her way to ensure we drove to an area that would allow us to see more of the countryside. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Prague take a day and book the private tour with Marketa and Petr. They were a joy to spend the day with!

The wine tasting was great, beautiful place and Martin was very knowledgeable and engaging. Loved the tour of the winery but especially loved the drive out to the vineyards and seeing the countryside and nearby castles. Lunch at the little cafe was excellent. We so enjoyed the whole afternoon, even the ride with Nicolas to and from Prague was nice as he was full of stories as well and made it go fast. He was right on time picking us up and we were welcomed by Martin when arriving. A great tour and well worth the money!

We had a wonderful day in the countryside tasting delicious wine at the Johann W. Winery. Our guide Martin was excellent, he gave us information about the history & life of the Czech Republic. We also visited the vineyards where we took lots of photographs of some stunning fall landscapes. We then went to Penzion Restaurant where we had a fantastic lunch & more wine. It was great to get away from the big city of Prague for the day. We also had a great driver. I would highly recommend this tour.

Quite simply the best day tour experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many!) Petr and Marketa were so very kind and knowledgeable about their lovely wine and food and gorgeous countryside. I was the only one on the tour and I felt like royalty. Seeing the Jewish cemetery on the estate was a touching plus. Perfection.
