This walking tour offers you the opportunity to explore the Acropolis Monuments with a licensed tour guide. Whether you arrive in Athens in the afternoon or morning and you want to visit the Acropolis when the weather is more cooler, and the crowds are starting to wane, this tour is for you. This unique and leisurely tour takes you to the glorious Parthenon, and you will get to enjoy the landmark monuments of the Greek capital in a new light.

Persons under 18 years old they must need their passports to ensure their age as they have a discounted entrance ticket, a photocopy on mobile device will work too.
EU citizens under 25 years old they should bring their passports too, a photo copy on a mobile device or passport or ID will work
Entrance fees are included (unless you book without entrance tickets) - if you choose without you will need to book them on line at the official website asap since they can be sold out days in advance, if still tickets are sold please inform us to book them for you in advance
Infants must sit on laps - Strollers are not allowed within Acropolis, you can leave your stroller at the meeting point in our premises at Porinou 5.

Please make sure this tour includes approximately one mile of walking uphill/downhill on uneven surfaces and 200 steps (both ways).
Guests are advised to wear flat and comfortable walking shoes. Large backpacks and oversized purses are not permitted inside the site. Long queues and waiting might occur and every effort is made to coordinate the best timings for visits.

5.00We booked this walking tour of the Acropolis through Viator. They used Athens Walks. Our tour guide Annie was extremely knowledgeable about the Acropolis, Parthenon, and many other structures. The tour pace was very good. She stopped at several spots on the way to the top to explain the history of Athens, Highly recommend Annie as your guide,

5.00There is so much history at this site. It would be a mistake to just buy a ticket and walk around. This was a fantastic tour as our guide Demos was personable and knowledgeable. Often museums of artifacts are boring to me, but in this case it is amazing what they have done. So I recommend including the museum as part of your tour.
