Join our 'Mountains to Shipwrecks tour and experience the vast mountain landscapes of the Grampians National Park and the rugged shipwreck coast of the Great Ocean Road. Begin your journey from Adelaide and travel from the Vines to the Mountains and Waterfalls of the Grampians National Park. After spending night deep within the National Park you will make your way to the awe inspiring 12 Apostles and the Shipwreck Coast of the Great Ocean Road. Explore Loch Ard Gorge and the morning light at the 12 Apostles. Your journey continues through an ancient rainforest, quaint coastal townships and stunning cliff top views as you make your way through to Melbourne.

A beautiful vista of towering cliffs, a sparkling blue-green sea with a small sandy beach. This gorge derives its name from one of Victoria’s most tragic shipwrecks more than 120 years ago.
The Twelve Apostles
View the beautiful limestone stacks that form the mighty Twelve Apostles. Treat yourself to an optional helicopter flight for an extra $145 (weather & time permitting).
Great Otway National Park
Take a guided bushwalk through this very rare, ancient and cool temperate rainforest as you stroll past some of the tallest trees in the world.
Great Ocean Road Memorial Archway
Take some pictures at the historic Great Ocean Road Memorial Arch while learning the history of this iconic drive. Keep an eye out for koalas and beautiful birds; King Parrots, Crimson Rosellas and look out for the famous Kookaburra.
Melbourne
Journey on through to your final destination of Melbourne with grand city views atop the Westgate Bridge. Your tour will finish with a central drop off location at the Immigration Museum.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this tour, and only stumbled upon it when trying to decide the best way to get from Adelaide to Melbourne - let me tell you: I AM SO HAPPY I discovered this three-day adventure, especially since I already wanted to see the Great Ocean Road from Melbourne, and [the amazing] Grampians were just icing on the cake. This is a fantastic tour and a great way to travel between the two cities. The bus rides weren't too long, the hikes were amazing, and the accommodations were very nice! Our tour guide Craig was awesome! Admittedly, it took a bit to warm up with him, but he is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable guide with a lot of stories and information to share. He took extra effort to show our small group the little gems of the area, and ensured our timetables were always on track. I would definitely do this tour again - don't hesitate to book. I have now done several fantastic tours with Autopia, and they are the one's worth going with :D
