5.00We were lucky enough to see whales breaching, with beautiful calm water . Tour guides were lovely and very informative! Thoroughly enjoyed our experience!
Friendly Crew but No Whale Sightings

1.00We joined the whale watching tour with high hopes, as this was the main reason we travelled to the Sunshine Coast. Unfortunately, we didn’t see a single whale during the trip. We completely understand that nature is unpredictable and sightings can’t be guaranteed. However, it was disappointing to learn that there is no policy in place for a second chance or partial refund, as some other tour operators offer. When you’re marketing a tour specifically as a whale watching experience, it’s reasonable for customers to expect at least some form of goodwill gesture when no whales are seen, especially for those who travel specifically for this activity. The crew was friendly and the boat was comfortable, but overall we left feeling let down.

4.00Just fun spinning around the ocean!!!! Really disappointing we didn’t get to be see any whales though! Brendan was knowledgeable and funny!
