  Not impressed. Tour guide showed up 20 min late with no message. Another guy that worked there for the rentals had to call him. He showed up tired, yawning and no enthusiasm. We were told what was provided dry bag and water and we got neither. We shared his dry bag or another guys bag. He didn’t bring snorkel gear nor did the site say we needed to bring our own. We still have not received any pictures he took for us. We also walked back. Two of us was told if you want to paddle back he wasn’t going to and we could do it on our own. We were not told about any stops we stopped at and he kept saying go ahead I will meet you. Well where are you meeting us, we asked. He was always behind us. Not a great experience for our first time in Aruba trying to do something we enjoy , kayaking. We could of just rented and do it all on our own. Nice guy but definitely needs to be more enthusiastic and make it enjoyable then him tired and on his phone.

  We booked four single clear kayaks but were given two doubles upon arrival with no prior communication. When we asked, we were told they had moved away from singles. Since singles were priced higher when we booked, the change was unexpected. The tour takes place in open, windy, choppy water. Although we were asked if we had kayaked before, there was no safety or technique briefing prior to launch. In these conditions, participants should be informed about wind/current expectations, how to coordinate paddling in a double kayak, and what to do in the event of a capsize. We paddled to an elevated wooden structure offshore that required exiting in thigh-deep water and helping lift the kayaks onto it. Several boards were loose, and one person nearly fell. The website states dry bags are provided but they were not. Snorkeling instruction was minimal. Equipment condition was inconsistent: broken mask straps tied off, a snorkel that repeatedly detached, and one defective mask that filled with water. As a result, not all participants had functioning equipment at the same time, and one guest was unable to snorkel without another giving up their gear. Based on our experience, this tour appears better suited for confident swimmers who already have snorkeling experience.

  The ocean was choppy with high winds. The kayaking was enjoyable and manageable. The snorkeling location we paddled to was rough with the winds, waves, and current. Strong swimmers or snorkelers had a great time with lots to see. Those of us who were newer to snorkeling and not strong swimmers found it quite challenging. Our guide Richard was great and quite accommodating. Unfortunately, a far more suitable place to snorkel was closer to the beach. We discovered this spot after we were done. I’d highly recommend considering going there in place of or in addition as part of the experience.

  The kayaking and snorkeling were great fun! I was traveling solo and they included me in a large corporate group of 16, which I would have preferred to avoid. I expected a small group based on the description. Other than that, once I got out snorkeling on my own, it was wonderful! But could have done it without doing a tour. Rent a car and bring your own snorkel gear and you are all set!

  The best part of this experience was Alex, our guide! He was pleasant, friendly and helpful. If it wasn’t for Alex, I would have given this a 1-star rating for a couple of reasons. 1) The clear bottom kayak filled up with water while paddling so we were sitting in waist deep water while in kayak paddling. I think the kayaks should be upgraded as this was not pleasant. 2) The dry bag that was provided apparently had one or more holes as all of our phones and everything in the bag was soaked as the kayaks were filled with water where the dry bag was. I could not plug my phone in for 2 days afterwards as I kept getting the water in phone warning when I plugged it in. 3) We were supposed to snorkel in 2 locations according to the program but we only went to one. To be honest with the kayaks full of water, it wasn’t feasible to go to a second location. 4) The program says that drinking water and fruit were to be provided. We got nothing.

  We were disappointed with this experience. Our guide, Richard, was nice, but there was no 'guiding'. We waited over 30 minutes for the session to start, with no explanation provided (it turned out we were waiting for the kayaks to be delivered to the beach). Once we did make it onto the water, our guide simply accompanied us, mainly in silence, as we paddled along the shore and back. He said this was only his third session, so we assume he was still learning and finding his way, but we expected more. Once we returned to the beach, we declined the opportunity to take part in the snorkelling (as did the other people taking part) as we were on a tight schedule. With a more experienced guide, maybe we would have had a better time. But to be honest, it felt like we simply hired a kayak at a premium price.

  They texted us to change the time from 1 to 3 and then no one was there to meet us. We tried t.o communicate by text and e mail and never got a response . Terrible comp6. Wasted a whole day of our vacation and lost all the money. DONT USE THEM

  Once we got connected with the guide it was excellent. We were the only couple and there are multiple beach signs and we were at the wrong one to start with. It was perfect since we were looking for a more personal experience without a lot of people. The snorkeling and kayak experience was great with a lot of local culture from the guide.

  Amazing location, kayaking over beautiful ocean colors, we saw so many fish and coral in Mangel Halto and a sunken ship. Xander was so helpful, super cool dude and took us on an unforgettable adventure. Pick up and drop off from the hotel was easy, Jair is good people. Highly recommend!

  Xander was an outstanding guide. So personable and knowledgeable about his island and water. I loved every minute of this tour. Even with a bit of wind, it was a great paddle. Great snorkeling location and I was so glad to do this as a guided tour with all the great information instead of stumbling though on my own. Thanks, Xander!
