3.00They need to make the room more relaxing ......by using dimmed lights in the hammam room,warm towels and warmed up room. The massage room was very cold,.. Iam sure if they change the scrub sponge....but would be good for a new one to be opened in the presence of the client just to make sure

1.00This is an awful place to book. The advert on Viator is misleading and we have ended up overpayment for an service. We have booked for hammam and oil massage. We've received our tickets confirming the services plus hotel transfers. But they what's app us saying that we have only included the massage. The Viator customer services are failing to get in touch with them. Please avoid this awful business, they have ruined our wedding anniversary.
