Cooks Bay Hotel & Suite offers an 1-hour yoga session, 3 times a week, in an air-conditioned studio, bathed in soft light and fully equipped for your comfort. Let yourself be enveloped by a warm and soothing atmosphere, ideal for releasing tensions and reconnecting to yourself. After a moment of refocusing and concentration, you will go through several sequences of asanas (yoga posts), guided by a qualified instructor and attentive to your well-being. The sessions are accessible to practitioners of all levels, from 15 years old and all the necessary equipment for your comfort is provided.

Cindy is a caring, gentle and experienced teacher. Her voice is relaxing and relaxing at school. It also smoothly corrects my bad postures. The room is top, clean and air conditioned. Very good yoga lesson, it was my first time doing yoga and I found Cindy a very good and clear instructor. The yoga felt like the perfect mix of exercise and relaxation.

I attended several classes at Cook's Bay studio with Cindy, it was absolutely nice to enjoy a soothing and comfortable setting. Quality equipment, air conditioning much appreciated, instructor very pedagogue. I recommend!
