  Worth every single penny. We did this on arrival and departure and used them for private transportation as well, every aspect of it was seamless. We got through the entire process in less than 30 minutes and every team member we had was incredible, specifically Joseph and Sean who were the absolute best. Will never travel without using this again.

  Excellent, efficient and great service. Mauricio Villa Garcia was extremely kind, and very knowledgeable. He moved quickly throughout the entire service really putting us at ease with the long check in process. He is truly a gentleman who takes his job seriously.

  We were a first time customer for this type of service and it was outstanding. Jaydon assisted us through all the security check points with class and ease. He did an amazing job for us. So courteous and friendly. It made our travel experience top notch! Will definitely work with them again.

  Major time saver! We highly recommend. We were escorted through the entire airport starting immediately upon arrival at the airport. Passed about 500 ppl waiting in long lines. Stress free!

  This was our first trip to Aruba, after reading the horror stories of lines on the weekends we scrambled to book this while we here. It was worth EVERY PENNY. We passed by hundreds of people waiting outside and literally took us 30 minutes from start to finish. I’m sure we got lucky since the US customs took no time at all (we didn’t have Global Entry but did the MPC app we skipped waiting with about 20 people in front of us for regular, I think GE is even faster). They wait for you on the other side since they can’t go through US customs with you. Jayden was awesome, if you are outside just find a First Class rep walking up and down the lines and they will look up your name and get you to the right host. I’d give this service 10 stars if I could!

  These hosts were gems. They made our exit from Aruba bearable and smooth. They made a chaotic experience manageable. We had people in our party that needed special accommodations and this process was easy.

  We had the pleasure of using first class experience that was arranged through the Bucuti hotel. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Rodrick and Raylane- they were absolutely incredible, walk us through every step of the process and made our departure part of the overall wonderful experience.   We used First Class Aruba for the first time about seven years ago, and cannot visit this beautiful island without using both their arrival and departure services. Millie and Zoraida, Steve and Stephanie and their team are absolutely wonderful hosts, expediting your trip through the airport. Upon arrival, without their service, it is "hit-or-miss" in that you could fly through immigration or else you could be waiting 30+ minutes in line. Upon departure, there are multiple lines for both Aruba and U.S. immigration and customs. It is comforting to know that First Class Aruba means not having to wait on any lines at all!!!

  I had the pleasure of using First Class Experience Aruba today, and it truly lived up to its name! From start to finish, everything was seamless with baggage and customs handling, expedited service through every step, and effortless guidance all the way to the departure seating area. A special shoutout to Ismael, who was an outstanding host, warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. He made the whole experience feel luxurious and stress-free. The entire FCE team was amazing, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran perfectly.
