1.00Driver did not turn up. Company was informed on flight change by Whatsapp. You can just go to silverbird or grab counter and get your transport. Dont waste time and money with this prebook service

No one picked me up at the airport

1.00I booked and paid for the transportation service from the airport in Jakarta to the selected hotel in the city, however the company changed the flight time a few days before, so I changed the pick-up time in the Viator application. I received confirmation by mail that the new time was confirmed, however, no one came to pick me up, and the service provider did not respond to my messages. Viator customer service told me that they don't contact them either and that I am not entitled to a refund. I've used Viator for years for all the tours on my travels and never had a problem, however after this I certainly won't because they obviously can't fix the problem with the service provider and there's no guarantee you'll get what you paid for.
