We go for client at the Airport prior time of arrival, on reaching the arrival section it is mandatory for us to have a signboard. Our signboard is consist of bold worlds with our website name and client name. After receiving our guess we greet with a warm welcome, we then check the lead person to confirm name and accommodation destination for clarity purpose. Our client are then sit to wait at holding area, for us to go get our transportation for their pick up. When return to holding area we then reach for client to be seated while we load luggage, and at the same time we offer a complementary beverage which is Beer and Water. After that we drove off then inquire about their flight and place of residence. In doing so its require for us to question our client of special needs pertaining to stop on the way to destinations. Upon arrival at destination we wish our client a safe enjoyable vocation/flight and to contact Viator for any additional needs by us, while on vocation in Jamaica or future travel.

Just arrived home from Home Sweet Home, West End, Negril, Jamaica. One Love Road to be exact. Being longtime visitors to Jamaica, our appreciation for the country, culture, its people with their resilience, the sunshine, made it, yet again, magical and memorable. Bill and I have always known of Home Sweet Home but stayed elsewhere. Just 4 years ago, circumstances changed and we decided to give it a try. Excellent choice as it turned out. If you're looking for an action-packed resort with constant music, happy hour specials, always stuff to do kind of place, Home Sweet Home is not for you. If you seek a quiet, get away from it all, total chill and relax holiday, then yes, please consider home Sweet Home. You will be treated to and by a staff that is totally committed to your enjoyment. All magnificently managed by Tina who will do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable and magical as possible. Enjoy complimentary coffee freshly brewed by 7am then start your day with breakfast of choice; we highly recommend French Toast, Cheese Omelet or Eggs and Bacon. We spent many days at the infamous Seven Mike Beach; always driven by drivers we know and trust; perhaps a quick stop to the market then HOME to beat the usually prompt afternoon shower and a well-earned siesta. And, just as many "home" days on the gorgeous property, Snorkeling, Swimming, Sunbathing, all steps away from our beautiful suite. Where else can you just jump into the Caribbean Sea? Read and nap on a hammock in the yard? Bliss! Sunset? With our private, seaside deck, there is no reason to go anywhere else. Enjoy custom dinners lovingly prepared by Bridgette or explore the many other choices within a 10-minute walk or drive. Jerk chicken by the roadside or fine dining at any number of recommended restaurants. Easy to arrange with Chris, Godwin, Lisa or any other highly referred drivers. We were really bummed to come home BEST this year but were told "you have to leave to come back." Oh, we will. We have already reserved for the next few years. Jah love, Miss Penny and Mr. Bill

Excellent transfers experience with Kayan and Leon! They were punctual to arrive at the airport and at the resort, and made the rides comfortable and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality and would definitely travel with them again when we visit the next time. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Leon is an exceptional driver :) First off, his coaster bus is nice and clean and hold a lot of space for suitcases and the seating is comfortable. We were driving to the airport during politic time in Jamaica and my family and I were interested in what was going on and he did a great job of explaining the two political parties and how Jamaica celebrated during that time. He also has a very calming personality and even cracked a few jokes along the way to keep us entertained during our drive. I would highly recommend booking Leon as a driver for your next trip to Jamaica.

The transport from the Princess Hôtel to Sangster Airport was pleasant. Léon, the driver, was very courteous, smiling and drove carefully. He is an excellent driver. Would highly recommend to vacationers.
