Very confusing - IF you get cabs it's on another floor, if you get grab go to the lower level to get your grabs for someone new it's very confusing So check which taxi or who you got otherwise you will be waiting at the wrong place!

Very bad experience. After I contacted them to pick me up to the KLIA airport I have been told to confirm the booking two days before departure. As I did so via whatsapp, they have been reading the confirmation message from my side but they have blocking me afterwards and did not reply at all. Probably because the pick-up time has been in the middle of the night and they don^t wanna service this late. Anyways not replying and simply blocking a constumer is very unprofessional. Cannot recommend this company at all!!!

I absolutely recommend KL Taxi Service for pick ups and drop offs in Kuala Lumpur Intl Airport. The driver, Fitri went above and beyond the level of service. Despite my flight arriving later than scheduled and being stuck in the immigration queue for 30 minutes, Fitri ensured that he would stay a d pick me up despite it being a late night pickup. Once he arrived, he gave me some helpful tips about Kuala Lumpur and good sightseeing spots during my stay. He is a friendly person and treated me like family. Thank you KL Taxi Service, I will definitely book again if I travel to Kuala Lumpur in the future. Thanks, Vimal

Perfect😀 Although we arrived earlier than expected, the driver was there. He picked us up and helped with our luagages. Very friendly driver. All in all excellent, thanks.
