An English-speaking (elementary) driver, fully briefed on the itinerary and client’s needs, is assigned to the trip. The vehicle is then thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and prepared with requested amenities such as extra water, travel SIM cards, or child seats. The driver arrives at the pickup location 10-15 minutes early, holding a sign with the client’s name and Eventour logo for easy identification. They warmly greet the client, assist with luggage, and ensure comfort before departure. Adhering to safety regulations, the driver drives responsibly while staying in touch with Eventour’s operations team to provide real-time updates. Detailed step by step that we follow: 1. Operation checks: reiterating the pickup time, location and other requests. 2. A professional, English (elementary)-speaking driver is assigned to the trip, fully briefed on the itinerary (Pick up, Drop off info) and client’s special requests. 3. Vehicle check: The vehicle is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and prepared with any requested amenities (e.g., water, Travel sim card, child seats). 4. Pickup: The driver arrives at the designated pickup location at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. The driver holds a sign with the client’s name and the Eventour logo for easy identification. 5. The driver warmly greets the client, assists with luggage, and ensures the client is comfortably seated in the vehicle. 6. Driving Standards: The driver adheres to all safety regulations and drives responsibly. 7. Operations Team: The driver stays in touch with Eventour’s operations team to provide real-time updates on the journey’s progress. 8. Drop-Off: The driver ensures timely arrival at the client’s destination, assisting with unloading luggage and verifying that all belongings are accounted for. 9. Eventour Mongolia provided an excellent transfer service to and from the airport. They were on time, professional and courteous. I also booked accommodation with them and a tour in Ulaanbaatar. They were responsive, highly knowledgeable and so helpful at every turn. I really appreciated having Eventour as my local contact.

It was very easy to communicate with Jana. She was very caring. When I turned my phone back on after landing I instantly received messages from Jana to make sure I am getting picked up. I instantly got accompanied to the shuttle car and we were waiting for some more athletes to come. The transfer to the hotel was easy and smooth.

It's a decent journey from the airport into the city and the roads can be quite precarious and as always there are some dubious looking "official" drivers waiting a the airport, so it was nice to be met by an Eventour driver to take us into the city inthe late hours of the night (just after midnight) and back again in the wee hours (3am) of the morning.
