5.00Excellent service. Person was waiting for me with my name on a sign just in the Arrivals Area. He waited for me to get an eSIM from the MTN shop and then drove me safely to my accommodation in Windhoek. Highly recommended

4.00Airport shuttle from airport to the hotel was very good. But another shuttle from the hotel to airport was panicked because the driver did'nt come to pick up on time. I changed the picking up time to 7:00 instead of 9:00 that is the first apoimtment time. The staff forgot it.

5.00An easy to book, efficient service. Gideon was waiting at the exit of the airport for us with a clear sign. He took us to the vehicle and set off to our destination promptly. He was very efficient and polite. He offered us water as soon as we were in the vehicle. A smooth ride with smooth tunes got us to our destination in no time at all. Thank you.

5.00Easy to check reviews and book online. This was confirmed by email and later a WhatsApp message. The driver waited at the airport arrivals for me despite long immigration queues and was easy to find as had a sign with my name. He helpfully queried if I needed anything before we left the airport, and was professionally friendly without being pushy. Great service!
