1.00No one showed up. When should I expect a refund? Made reservations and they never showed up at 1 am in the morning.

5.00The driver was quick to respond, reached out ahead of time to confirm luggage and details. I was provided with the driver name and number in advance, and the sign I requested was there to help us find our way to our driver. Company provided instructions to help us maneuver out of the airport to meet them. Helped with luggage and did I mention- was EARLY! Our plane arrived early and due to their careful checking on flight arrivals, they adjusted the meet time and were there waiting! Excellent service! I was worried we might end up in numerous cars, as we were a group of 9, nope! Just as promised, a large, roomy van that seated us all and our luggage comfortably, was our ride to our location. I am now booking our return to the airport through this company!

5.00Hello, This was my first time in Puerto Rico, and I had to catch a 6:30am flight, and I was left stranded by another taxi. I got Roman's number from Google and at 4:30am this morning Jorge responded with a phone call, and was there to pick me up and take me to the airport within 5 minutes. He's a great taxi driver, I will definitely be using his services again whenever I return. And I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Jorge! You rock!!

5.00Jorge is amazing! We had him pick us up at the airport and take us back and he was super on time. Very kind and helped us al lot. From now on he will be the one i will call when i travel and need a ride!
