5.00If you land at Cape Town Airport and you want to be looked after, I cannot recommend Hermanus Shuttle highly enough (they also operate as Authentick Travel). As a solo traveller from Europe who doesn't drive, what a pleasure to be met at the airport and driven safely to my destination, Hermanus, 1.5 hrs out of Cape Town. Communication while booking was excellent and I was able to pay in advance online. Driver contact info was shared with me and before I'd even cleared passport control, I had a friendly WhatsApp from Barton assuring me he was waiting in arrivals. During my trip I also used Hermanus Shuttle/ Authentick Travel to drive and collect me from a wedding, again the service was punctual and reliable with excellent communication throughout. Thank you Curston. Finally my planned return trip to Cape Town Airport was stressing me out as there were local floods and road closures. The taxi company kindly agreed to collect me 2 hours early to allow for any delays caused by the weather and once again I was chauffered safely down the N2 highway. Thank you Sira.

5.00We booked a car to collect us from the airport and take us to our Hermanus accommodation and then return us to the airport a couple of days later. Both drivers were on time, professional and friendly. We would recommend this service.
