2.00The driver drove safely, However, he was not prepared to take us. After messaging us about our luggage, ahead, the driver had to remove a childseat and a booster from his trunk. After circling our hotel for 90 mins, there was a marathon, I called the hotel for them to give him instructions, we finally arrived. The hotel and we did not understand why he did not enter from the other side, he kept going the same way. This was a taxi not a car service as we ordered.
