5.00It was easy to make reservation. They kept me informed via text. The car was very nice, clean and had water waiting. The drive was very polite, helpful and very informative. It might have been a short ride but well worth the money, I think.

5.00Our driver Gilbert was excellent! Arrived on time and the pickup from DCA airport to our hotel near the National Mall went very smoothly - especially after taking a red eye flight from LAX with three kids (ages 4-11). Highly recommend them for DCA ground transportation!

5.00Used the service twice in 3 days. We had delayed flights, issues getting into Arlington, and other problems. One of the only bright spots of our trip was working with Black Hawk. They were mindful of the extremely cold weather and elderly passengers. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and the absolute best.

5.00As my early morning flight was getting closer and closer, I was getting more and more worried about how I would be able to find a cab or Uber at 3:50a. About 2 days prior, I found a few highly rated airport transit companies and started messaging/calling. I booked with Black Hawk not only because of their stellar ratings, but also because they were extremely responsive (and didn’t ghost me) which took a lot of the stress off. I was provided the driver’s contact upon payment which also gave me an extra sense of security that someone would be there and I could reach out if needed. The driver texted me just a few minutes prior to the pickup time to let me know he was here and was waiting to welcome me as I walked out. I was in good hands and made my 6a flight thanks to Black Hawk Sedans.
Will definitely book again!

5.00We decided on using Black Hawk Sedans after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor for our airport transfers. We are so glad we did. Their communication was excellent as we received a text and email with our driver's information prior to our arrival. The driver was a true professional and very informative about the city. He definitely went above and beyond his responsibilities. We also used them for our return to DCA airport and all went as smooth as possible. We highly recommend their services.
